Smooth sailing for the financing process and very friendly staff. The dealership is best price forward so I knew exactly what I would be having to pay upfront!

Decided to not inform me on how difficult the car would

Decided to not inform me on how difficult the car would be to insure and how easily it can be stolen. As soon as the car was bought, it was “tough luck” from them. They will not care about you as soon as they have your money. Very upsetting experience as a first time car buyer, I’m lucky my insurance agent is a wonderful person.

Horrible dealership

Do not recommend this place. Sold me a used vehicle when it should not have even passed inspection. Electrical was wonky, door speakers were not working, a break light was out, and the water pump went bad a couple weeks after taking it from the lot. They told me they would take care of those problems - great - but no you cannot have a loaner because you did not buy a brand new 2024 Lincoln. What? These are problems you should have taken care of beforehand, you should give me a loaner in the meantime while you fix those things. Unreal. Then, when my car was in the shop, it sat there for a week before they started working on it. I probably called 20 times throughout the week just trying to get an update and service would not answer my calls, and when the operators would answer they would just tell me they will let service know to call me and I never got a callback all week. Finally, I had to leave work to go in there and set things straight. It took me going in and demanding them to start working on the car for them to start working on it, which they got done in about a day. huh, what do you know. So they let the car sit there for a week and did not give me a loaner so I had no car for a week for no reason. At least give me my car in the meantime if you aren't going to work on it. Absolutely infuriating.

Would not recommend

Morries West End Lemon also known as Lincoln, sold my wife and I a complete lemon. One hour into our purchase we noticed the transmission was shaking the whole vehicle. Suspension was bumpy noisey air ride compressor brake’s squealing dog hair everywhere dirty interior non working key fob headlight out. Then the sales manager was completely rude about the whole situation. Honestly made us feel like we bought from Danny Divito in the kid movie Matilda. This dealership gives you the impression that they are a reputable safe dealership to buy from, our experience has proven the assumption to be completely false.

Do they consider YOU a customer?

Where do I begin? If I had read the reviews prior to making arrangements for going to look at the vehicle I was interested in, I might not have gone at all. First, the sales person told me to park on the side, so I wouldn't take a space for their "customers". I guess they don't consider you a customer when you are looking for a vehicle for less than $20000. Second, they knew I was taking the vehicle for my mechanic to evaluate. When I commented that there was more rust on the tailgate than I had expected, the salesman said "well, you know, Minnesota winters". We both knew this car was purchased at the auto auction in New York. This car had not seen a Minnesota winter. I did follow through in taking it to my mechanic. He looked at the undercarriage and immediately said "no - this has a concerning amount of rust & likely wouldn't make it on a lift more than a couple of times". Sales person was surprised I was back so soon. I was so hopeful, but this experience was a complete waste of my time. He said that he personally hadn't looked under the car. But their mechanic had. I don't understand why they would even want this on their lot, except to use as a decoy to sell something else at a higher cost. I see that they have lowered the price. My advice is stay away from this vehicle (VIN# 1GKLVNED2AJ226676), if not the dealership all together ... they don't think of you as a "Customer" unless you're there for a much higher priced vehicle. I won't ever do business with Morrie's West End Lincoln, I don't trust them to sell used vehicles.

Consumer response

Thank you Kasey for taking care of us and getting back to us.

Liars, dishonest, very miserable experience!!!

Had an agreement to purchase a new vehicle and 2 hours later because we didn’t finance and instead we wanted to pay for it all up front, they would make less money, they said oh I guess the vehicle is actually sold. Karma can be a Bittch
