Made the car buying process very easy. Found the car on their website, sent them an email and discussed it. It was exactly as advertised and I bought it. I was an out of town buyer and they made all this happen within 48 hours!

Bottom Line Up Front: GTX Auto Group is in the business of placing lipstick on a pig & in my opinion should not be looked at as a reputable business model. If I could not even give them a start that would be more deserving. This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had. They tried to get me to give them my credit card information (suspicion #1) to hold the vehicle for me even though I had previously took pictures of a cashier's check made out to the company. Prior to appointment date I was told to just ask for "Colin." After I drove over seven hours to reach their location, I arrived and asked for, "Colin," only to find out, "Colin had to take care of somethings." (Suspicion #2) The salesman I was referred to stated he would take care of me and proceeded to obtain keys and pull the vehicle around. Upon further inspection, it was noted that the window molding was dry-rotted and cracked on both driver and passenger windows (Suspicion #3). The rear cover hydraulics had corrosion on them (Suspicion #4), lifting up the hood while the engine was running a strange odor of antifreeze was evident. (Suspicion #5) and looking at the undercarriage, the leaf springs were different from one side to the next. One included a strange bolt that did not match the other side and it looked like they were both coated with paint in order to cover up a huge discrepancy. (Suspicion #6). We were told that we could test drive the vehicle no more than 15 miles away to have an independent reviewer inspect it after initialing a document of liability. Upon sitting behind the wheel it was found that the steering wheel was tight and once the gas pedal was depressed it was hesitating to engage the transmission. We didn't even make it off of the lot before the "Service Engine Soon" light came on. In conclusion, this company and its associates are not to be trusted and should be monitored for criminal business practices.

The GTX team were all welcoming and friendly. Oscar assisted us with the purchase of our vehicle, and he was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable.

Nice selection of cars. Not your average grey sedan. Found a very nice early Lexus hybrid at a great price. No pressure sales. Jack in finance was very helpful. Would definitely buy there again.

Found a rare good looking affordable Truck on Cars.Com. It was at GTX Auto. Not only was I impressed with the truck but my salesperson Oscar couldn't have been nicer and helpful. I didn't take long to purchase with a trade in. I had a few request which were met and made the purchase. This where I met Greg for the financing, who was very helpful in suggesting the best options to use to finance my truck. Thumbs up for my experience from everyone. Bruce Loveland, Oh.

I was very pleased with the GTX Auto sale personal and finance department they help to start my dream by purchasing a 2018 Cargo van .I had a minor problem with the Van and spoke to Miroslav and he schedule me an appointment to bring the vehicle back so they could fit the problem.I would recommend this dealership to my friend and anyone who like a deal.
