" its a used car expect issues" had it delivered and they didn't send the photos because it show damaged rear tail lights up to 4k in repairs and still will need a sub frame (2500for part). Transmission lines leaking transmission mount busted subframe mounts busted crack in drive shaft front rotors warped water pump leaking fuel line about to rust through exhaust leaking on flex and weld failed\hangers rusted causing it to bang They wont get back to me and told me this is normal. beware

So far this is a crack on the window and the salesman says we can make an appointment to fix it and give me my actual key so I can use the functions of my car and says they’ve done their inspection yet the shocks are bad and the clutch is warn down and when they filled up my key as they pull out after me putting my deposit the salesman wants to floor my car and laugh about it and try to say it was a suv cadalac when I know what a v8 mustang sounds like this whole experience has been so xxxxty I will need you guys to respond to my messages I sent to Colin. Because as of this moment you guys have lied about the car and its condition..

Bought a Toyota Sienna 2014 which was claimed to be in a good working condition. While test driving heard noises from the back of the back of the vehicle, doubted to buy it. But was assured there were no mechanical issues, just new tires installed. So the long story short ended up, after returning home (144 miles away), at the Official Toyota dealership shop with the estimate for repairs of rear bearings and failed transmission of almost $11k. To say that we are disappointed at this point is to say nothing. Still hoping the customer service will be much better than the purchase experience and we'll get what we spent on repairs back. If so, we'll recommend the business to others. If not, we'll proceed with negative advertising in media.

From the time we walked through the door, Steve was personable and very helpful. There was an issue with a fan motor. Nobody hesitated to fix the issue. Jack was great too. Very quick and thorough.
