High Point Mitsubishi

This is my second time going to this Mitsubishi Maintenance shop to get my outlander worked on. The first time was for the scheduled maintenance and diagnosis of an airbag issue that my vehicle was indicating. Wes greeted me as soon as I arrived and was friendly and made me feel like a family member. After my normal maintenance items were handled, Roy informed me that my airbag sensor was not working properly and would have to be replaced. The price tag that was associated with this change was massive. Roy explained everything very well and understood my concerns. He took it upon himself to reach out to Mitsubishi to see if there was anything they could do to help. I am grateful to Roy for going above and beyond to help me. This location has been quick to notify me when parts are available, has been easy to schedule maintenance with, and has been extremely friendly. I appreciate the time they have taken to explain every item to me and make sure I am comfortable with what is being discussed. They do not assume I am clueless about cars like other dealerships have done in the past and have been very respectful. This maintenance team has gained a loyal customer.

Being a liar is probably a trait most dealerships find desirable in a Service Manager except this guy was bad at lying. Once he tried to convince me another car was mine next after a couple of weeks with my car at his shop he tells me he doesn't know how to file warranty claims. Had to call Mitsubishi Corporate Office to get anything done. Do not waste your time or money with this place or Mitsubishi

Very communicative during my repairs. I felt confident when I drove off the lot that all service was done as stated. I will definitely return to this dealership.

I have been dealing with High Point Mitsubishi for the last 2 1/2 years since Mitsubishi in Winston Salem went out of business, of the times I have used them, their service and staff have always been upfront and honest. I have not had any negative situations with them.

Easy going people to work with. Enjoyed the experience. Bought a Mirage at a great price. Still considering a second car for my vacations and will go see them again.

Do not buy a car from High Point Mitsubishi. They are scammers. I traded my perfectly running 2019 Kia Sorento and on a Chrysler Pacifica minivan and the van had mechanical trouble less than 24 hours after I purchased it. They said I signed a no cooling off paper and that I am stuck with it. It has been sitting at Ilderton Dodge since May 12th. No one at High Point Mitsubishi will return my calls. Do not do business with this place. I am a disabled lady caring for a disabled daughter and High Point Mitsubishi did not care about that they just wanted to make as much money off of me as possible. I just went in to get my last free oil change and they knew that might be the last opportunity they had to screw me over and that $36,000 mi warranty they claim that you have it will not cover most of the repairs that are wrong with their vehicles.
