Scams and Unethical Marketing
They're simply lying by denying their "business practices" in the other 1 star review because it's true...I also got the mail ad that claimed I won cash. I called a sales representative and he even went along and said "Yes that's real come claim your prize" and then well...you don't actually win the cash or prize so...they're really just shady and pushy.

high pressure commission hungry salesmen
Only reason we stopped in is because we got a flyer in the mail that said we won a tv..... we got told outright that that was a scam and we didn't win a tv, then they proceeded to try and strong arm myself and my wife into buying a vehicle, that some poor a** business practices this is why people by the carvana 5k dollar price difference and don't complain because they don't have to deal with a commission hungry salesman
