incompetent sales people that lie
I was lied to, given wrong information, accused of not knowing what street I live on, told to ride a bus, told to fly into the wrong airport, generally treated horribly. I have had better (and more knowledgeable) service at a Wendy’s drive through. My entire transaction as completed via text (I’m in Nevada) with a woman named Jen Del Prado. I asked for the best price including all taxes and fees. She told me the sticker price and said, “so do you want to buy it?” Apparently, that’s the level of training salespeople receive at Walnut Creek Toyota – or she is just a horrible salesperson, or perhaps simply not very intelligent. I specifically requested a different salesperson (for obvious reasons). I was pushed to complete everything via text; and later found out I was not texting my new salesperson Ben, but rather it was still Jen. When I called Jen’s cell, she wouldn’t answer and had Ben call me back from his number. Ben was clueless most of the time because Jen was doing the deal and lying to me. They lied the entire time. They provide rides/Uber for oil changes, but when you buy a $30K car thy tell you to ride the bus. Jen told me to take a shuttle from the airport to the bart (like I know what bart is) and then bart would take me to walnut creek. I guess from there I would just walk around or something. This, after they tell me to fly into San Fran when Oakland was much better. Worst experience ever. Now Ben and Jen are both texting me from their numbers harassing me about paperwork. I called them out on their deception, and they don’t even care. Good news, I spoke with the GM, Brad, and he agreed I was treated horribly and “had a less than experience”.

Thorough and considerate
Wes and Bryan were a pleasure to work with in buying my Toyota Camry hybrid. They were knowledgeable and patient. I especially appreciated Bryan taking the time to go over the features of the car and how the technology worked.

From the first phone call to Matt, I felt his investment in customer service. He was so efficient, knowledgeable, and kind that I had him pegged as the quintessential professional. And he was! He juggled the schedule to get my Highlander in for its checkup early so my daughter, whose Camry was being serviced at Walnut Creek for major work, could borrow my car with no restrictions. His can-do attitude and clear affinity for his colleagues and their work made me feel so confident that all would be well. He was able to fit my car into the schedule earlier than planned, was ready to provide me a ride home, quoted a fair price and then delivered on it, had the car ready a bit earlier than promised (a really good thing!), and was a sea of equanimity with our car turmoil. I really appreciated him and his team approach. Delightful experience!

Best Service & Staff
Communication with the Service Advisor helping me was excellent. He called with updates on the progress of the recall. I was updated when the part wasn't available, when it had been ordered, when it was shipped- with a rough estimate of when it would arrive and be installed.

Easiest car buying experience ever

Best Service and Staff
The work was completed timely and within budget. One of the parts that I had replaced was quoted higher than what was charged. The advisor (Chris) was extremely helpful, friendly, and honest. I will certainly ask for him next time.

Fast and efficient
The service rep really knew what he was doing and was very fast while still being pleasant. I actually enjoy having my car serviced. Toyota Walnut Creek is very efficient.
