Dionysius quickly understood what I was looking for and showed and explained the relevant options, and Jonathan, GSM offered to help during the process if I needed anything. Prompt response to and completion of service was provided. Courtesy return of vehicle to residence is incredibly helpful. Coordination with AAA was really appreciated as I had the vehicle towed to Toyota.

It started with the upfront discount pricing. It beat the Costco pricing I had received. I made online inquiry that was quickly responded to by Jonathan Cohen. Appointment set up with Ron Williams. He was fantastic. No pressure and very helpful. He was extremely knowledgable about the vehicles on the lot.This was one of the best car buying experiences. He even helped me secure a car seat into the vehicle with expertise.

Outstanding customer service: Initial phone inquiry was pleasant & helpful. On-site Drake Stenberg-Sales Manager was very friendly, upbeat & clear about explaining each step of the trade-in/purchase process. Zero sales pressure feeling. Very good covid/social distancing precautions in place.

Concierge Coordinator was excellent in coordinating pickup and delivery of my car. She was very helpful in answering all my questions.
