Lexus of Orlando

I went there for minor repair Jessica took great care of me. Lexus of Orlando is definitely the place that I will be dealing with! Great customer service!

I spent several days negotiating on a used auto via text messages (receipts) with Gigi. I upfront and multiple times shared that I lived out of state and that I was preapproved by my financial institution (credit union, very aggressive rate). I agreed on a price with Gigi and I requested a sales document to share with my credit union. Gigi then informed that her manager wanted to speak with me to discuss some details. When I spoke with the manager he informed me that they couldn't accept out of state checks from financial institutions and offered financing thru one of their banks (of course). I then asked if they could match my rates which I never got a concrete answer. I was told I could refinance the car in 30 days. Which led me to believe they could neither match or better my rates. He also mentioned some nonsense about the potential for a mistake with the title... Needless to say, I refused and walked away. In my opinion, this incident isn't a mistake or miscommunication. This is a strategy employed by this dealership and others to maximize profits by pushing on the lot financing despite being well aware of a customer's preapprovals and better rates! I felt as though it was somewhat similar to bait and switch tactics. At the minimum a complete waste of my time. I would be very careful when dealing with this internet team.

I will always be a Lexus owner because of the reliability of the brand but also because of the great service. I especially appreciate Lyndon’s friendly attitude and care.

This dealership is the best dealership in Florida! We were initially greeted by charming Mei Hu who helped us find a hybrid Lexus. My mother immediately fell in love with the vehicle so we took it our for a test drive. Then we met with Justin, who helped us submit the application. Afterwards we met with the finance man, who offered us a warranty package and provided us with our license plate. We walked outside the finance man’s office and saw our shiny Lexus awaiting us with a red carpet (yes, an actual red carpet was by the car). The entire experience was seamless and we drove out of Lexus of Orlando with an amazing vehicle. Mei was kind & knowledgeable. Justin was compassionate & welcoming and the Finance man, Jay, was genuine and super helpful. Lexus of Orlando is in the most positive meaning of the word, Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! Truly, a wonderful place to shop for a car, great customer service!

The staff are all friendly and accommodating . I was very Happy with the services they provided. Decent facility Clean bathroom and waiting area Employees are very polite. The place is very convenient to where I live.

I took my GX in for the 10,000 service. Ha Nyugen was the service consultant that assisted me and he above and beyond ! There was small dent in the back of my car and Ha arranged for it to be taken care of the next morning and arranged a complimentary loaner car for me . The young man who assisted me in the loaner car department was also so kind . I don’t mind driving a little bit to come to this Lexus dealer for service . They really do provide an exceptional experience. I would highly recommend them .

Lyndon Walsh is always great. He is why we keep buying vehicles at this dealership. Also, Jessica was excellent last Saturday when Lyndon was not available.

Josh is always on top of everything and is going to let you know if they find anything that needs attention. Josh is the best I have had, since 2015, when I came to Lexus. Everything is always professional and clean, and I enjoy waiting for the professionals to service my car.
