Wait for 5 hour for oil change and then I have to manually change the message from the dash because the technician didn’t do it after the oil change. Not acceptable

Service was very good. Devin assisted me with my car and then the service manager was also concerned about my car and took time also.

We had “Nick” as our service rep. He was absolutely awful! Very rude! He had a “let me tell you something” attitude. We don’t EVER want to deal with this man ever again. It would take too long to write all the details, but would appreciate a phone call.

Purchased our RX350 from Lexus of Orlando three years ago. Our battery just went bad and they set up an "emergency" appointment the same day to remove and replace prorating the cost based on battery age. Excellent and quick service (especially from Nicholas in the Service Department).
