Jose H, my only service rep since the facility opened has been consistently exceptional and the latest service needs continues the high level of satisfaction. Fully realize there are likely less alternative options, but the confidence that Lexus will make things right makes up for the higher costs. If only other service providers (cable, hotels, mobile, insurance) followed Lexus’ of Orlando………… Keep it going Lexus of Orlando

Had issue on my first service visit.. which Jessica promptly addressed. Didn’t expect or appreciate pressure from Service Dept to try and buy my vehicle.. and offering a ridiculously low price for my 2021 RX350! Dealership is so large ..and with worker shortage .. probably not getting as high of quality service as before COVID.

Nick is the best!
Recently had both of my vehicles in for service - one was the usual service; the other was to restore the rims that had worn over time. I can’t say enough about Nick Archibald and his consistent service level in addressing my car needs! As my preferred advisor, he’s always providing honest feedback and remains extremely knowledgeable regarding both of my vehicles. Best in town!

Great Service
Came in for an oil change and it was my first time this dealership and was not sure what to expect. Doug Farrell was my adviser and I must say I could have not been luckier. He was truly a nice and genuine guy. He made me feel comfortable and wasn’t stuffy like some people could be at these dealerships. The accommodations are awesome with lots of goodies to enjoy. Won’t hesitate to come back when I needed. Doug you deserve a raise!!

Friendly staff, quick service, great coffee!
I made an appointment because I had a screw in my tire. A few days later, Robert gave me a call and asked if I would like to come in earlier than my appointment, which was a week away. We rescheduled for the next day. I checked in and decided to wait. Made myself a cup of coffee and grabbed a snack then checked my emails. During this time Adrian came to me about 15 minutes later to let me know my car was being looked at and reviewed some paperwork. He came back about 10 minutes later to let me know that the screw did not go threw the tire so there would be no need to plug a hole, just to remove the screw. There was no charge!! He asked if I had time to get my RX350 washed. "Of course!" I appreciated the friendly customer service, the quick work of the service dept and the courtesy car wash. And the coffee and snacks were a nice touch!

1 mechanic slip up. 1 huge headache
The staff was friendly and Ms. Jessica Marrero did everything in her power to address the issue. I went in for an oil change only to come home to a warning that my car’s oil level was low. Either replace or add. Found it odd obviously and called the dealer and that’s when Ms. Marrero helped me out. After 36 hours and the car being towed, due to dealer negligence. According to them everything is fixed. Only time will tell.

Professional dealership- highly recommend
Very professional dealership. Bryan, Miguel, and Franklin were great. I bought two cars from the dealership. There were no long waits like other dealerships. Thank you Lexus of Orlando for making it a great 22 already.

never buy from here worst place to buy a car
never trust this dealer...ever cheat and lie and when you call them out on it.....you get oh sorry. typical car dealer...cant trust them for one second all are same mold....rip off at any cost and lie to you about it
