From customer service to the knowledge of the service technicians, Walt Massey CDJR is unbeatable. My husband and I bought our Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT used from another dodge dealership, and after being treated poorly & disrespectfully at that dealerships service department transferred our remaining warranty and services to Walt Massey. I’m beyond thankful we did! Mrs. Becky Brown is always nice and a joy to talk with. One technician even road in our vehicle with me to understand the problem I was hearing/feeling more. I’m sorry I forgot his name, but he is the SRT Guru! His knowledge and ability to explain that knowledge is something to be respected. Thank you to all the other service men and women at Walt Massey for the hard work you do. I’ve since brought my Toyota Camry here as well for routine maintenance because of the care provided with our JGC SRT.

I came in for tires. They helped me find the right tire at a reasonable price. They were so nice and courteous. They also checked my brakes and rotors. I asked about a soft roof for me Jeep and they said they would help me whenever I was ready to buy

I had a recall on my air bag and after contacting three other dealerships, this was the only one who had the part. I have never been in a dealership where it was so clean and provided so many amenities to take care of the customer. The service advisor met me when I drove up and showed me around as this was the first time I had been there. It was a very good experience!

I actually found this dealership on cargurus while searching for a truck. They had the best advertised price in a 200 mile radius from my home. I actually didn’t expect them to honor this price because it was so much lower than the rest of the dealerships and I also assumed there were lots of incentives I didn’t qualify for. To my surprise they honored the price and were excellent to deal with they even delivered the truck to me for free which was approximately 180 miles. I would definitely recommend these people to anyone
