After going to dealership after dealership and being "Harrassed" to buy cars I didnt want, I found the car I wanted on the website and recieved the nicest call from a specialist at Walt Massey, when I arrived at the lot, it was no haggle or offering me what they thought I could afford or something I didnt want. My salesperson was kind and very knowledgeable... and uneven got a "free" tank of gas!!!!

Went to test drive 1st day, felt no pressure at all. Came back 2nd day wanting to buy if all went well and I did! The salespeople were very laid back with no pressure to buy which was a relief compared to other dealerships I went to. I would highly recommend! Drove 1 hour and 45 minutes one way for 2 days. The staff was incredibly courteous throughout the truck buying process. Everyone went above and beyond 100% to ensure I was well informed and the finacial staff worked diligently to get the financing that I was completely satisfied with. My salesman Josh listened to my concerns completely and every one was eliminated, he seized upon the fact that I was a military retiree and expressed an appreciation I haven't felt in a long time and this continued with the rest of the staff at Walt Massey CJDR. Purchased 2018 Ram a year ago. On the day I purchased the truck I was on the lot over 30 minutes and was not ever greeted by anyone. I finally called the dealership from my car and ask to speak with the Sales Manager. After speaking with him he walked out and showed me a couple of Ram trucks. When he walked out two other Salesmen came over and tried to help. I purchased the vehicle but not from the Salesman but from the Sales Manager. I then left and returned serval hours later and the truck still had not been properly cleaned and detailed for delivery. The truck was finally brought around, still dirty and delivered to me. I left with the truck and had returned to the dealership until this past Saturday. I had a couple of recalls and a couple of minor things that needed to be fixed. When I picked up the truck I noticed the front of the hood and fender was covered with greasy smudge marks from the technician not putting any type of protective cover over the vehicle while servicing it. I walked back in side to let them know and literally could not find anyone. At this point I left and called back to let them know how the vehicle was returned to me. I CAN NOT RECOMMEND TO PURCHASE OR HAVE A VEHICLE SERVICED AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! .

I reviewed over 300 new 2019 Ram Trucks listed on the official Ram Website. I had specific options that I wanted on the truck. Walt Massey had the truck that met my needs with the best price . The sales person and manager were very helpful and friendly and extremely customer oriented making certain that my needs were completely satisfied.

Dropped my truck off at 10am. I had an appointment for ball jointsto be installed and an alignment. I live 30 minutes away so I call twice to check on it. No returned calls. I show up at 4:45 PM only to be told the the alignment rack to not big enough for my truck. Now they where having computer issues that day from what I've been told. Not sure how this plays out in me not being notified hours before I showed up.

I brought in my new Toyota Tacoma for its very first oil and filter change. I could have taken it to the original dealership and gotten a "free oil change." I trust Walt Massey to keep my vehicles properly serviced.
