Dropped my truck off at 10am. I had an appointment for ball jointsto be installed and an alignment. I live 30 minutes away so I call twice to check on it. No returned calls. I show up at 4:45 PM only to be told the the alignment rack to not big enough for my truck. Now they where having computer issues that day from what I've been told. Not sure how this plays out in me not being notified hours before I showed up.

I brought in my new Toyota Tacoma for its very first oil and filter change. I could have taken it to the original dealership and gotten a "free oil change." I trust Walt Massey to keep my vehicles properly serviced. Becky Brown is always so helpful and friendly. As soon as you walk in the door, she is focused on what you need and how she can help. Waiting area is always so neat and clean and inviting. and everyone that walks by, speaks and is friendly. Not too long of a wait either. The refreshments are a plus too!!

I spent well over a week selecting my new vehicle---test-driving six or seven models, researching and debating, haggling over the value of my trade-ins and the price of the Jeep I selected---without a bit of pressure or resentment of the time I was taking with my sales representative. Outstanding purchase experience! Found what we wanted online and one phone call to Johnny Duggan and we were on our way to pickup a new Trailhawk. We worked with the Jeep dealers in Pensacola and FWB, and were less than impressed. DO NOT SHORT YOURSELF AND AT LEAST CALL JOHNNY. He and the dealership, found more rebates and money to apply to the purchase than the other two combined. Do your research and then call them, you'll end up buying.
