Buying a used Mazda

Salesman was knowledgeable, and while I'm not a person who looks forward to the car buying process, it was a relatively good experience this time around

Excellent and quick service, as scheduled.

Last year I purchased my Mazca 6 from this dealership and I have had great experiences ever since. This time was for the annual inspection and emissions check. Everything went smoothly and customer service, with John, was excellent. In addition, our family car is and MDX and was purchased from Smail Acura. This is a super group of dealerships and we will continue to deal with them.

Ford festiva

I put in a message on a Monday and didn’t get a response until the next week. I had to get a salesmen I know to get a call back. Very disappointing

Oil change and tire rotation. Spotted nail in tire. Wait time was reasonable.

My new Lincoln

Had the best time with the car purchase. Brittany Followed up after my initial test drives without being a pain in the xxx. Found an issue with the headliner in the car when we got home. Waiting for Lincoln to take care of it. That my only issue. Not sure Joe knows what to make of me. October girls: a lot of sweet with a little bit of hurricane so this headliner issue needs to get resolved quickly or it time to “buckle up!”

Always satisfied with service

I went to the shop to have the Auto Butler service done on my car. I have always been very satisfied with the Mazda service dept. John (Mazda service manager) is always pleasant and helpful.
