Selective Autoplex is the only place to purchase a vehicle.

We saw Selective Autoplex's online showing of an SUV. I called and we immediately went to look and drive the car. Darrell Hair was our contact and you could not ask for a more friendly, open and respectable person. After we test drove the car he stated: "if you want to look elsewhere please do sod or we can talk about this vehicle." Where have you ever heard that statement from a car salesman? Darrell is not a car salesman he's a friend in the car business. He walked and talked us through every step of the way, I had never financed a vehicle before, and held our hands all through the process. We truly cannot say enough about Darrell or Selective Autoplex except buy your next car here. No pressure, no hassle

We had exceptional service. Darrell was very helpful in identifying a vehicle and providing detailed information on the history and discussing the vehicles features related to the value of the car. We will be back again!

Love my new car!

I searched for a car online and I fell in love with a Lexus at this dealership.Being a college Freshman, I needed something that I would be proud to drive, but could afford. When we went to the dealership, we were helped by salesman Derrell Hair. He was definitely on top of things. He knew all about the car and produced a carfax report immediately. After a test drive, I knew this was the car for me. It only took less than an hour to wrap up the deal, Derrell had it detailed and ready for me in a couple of hours and I am so happy to be driving my 'new' Lexus! Derrell was so helpful and pollite. If you decide to visit this dealership, ask for Derrell Hair, You will be glad you did!

Easiest car buying experience ever!

Darrell was very efficient, prompt and most of all, respectful and this dealership has beautiful luxury cars. I was in one day and out with the car the next. Great experience!

Our purchase from this dealership was very much appreciated. Our sales Agent was very detailed oriented, friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend them, he answered all of our questions and made this purchase easier than what we thought it would be. Thank you very much.

AWFUL experience

The car I bought has been in the shop more than in my driveway. They would not negotiate on the price, sold me a car without a navigation card and then sent one that didn't work so now the speaker feature and navigation are useless. The warranty only had 1500 miles left on it so when we took it to a Mercedes dealership it was pretty embarrassing that we bought this car and the things they had to fix like seatbelts being twisted and repaired BACKWARDS, as well as missing parts on the undercarriage that the dealership that sold us the car should have replaced or fixed. So much time has been wasted taking the car in to be fixed. I feel totally taken at this point and already hate this car. Waste of time and money for sure. GET YOUR CAR INSPECTED at a dealership before you buy here to make sure they are on the up and up on what is going on with the car.
