Selective Autoplex

I went to Selective Autoplex in Carrollton for a used BMW I3. They had so many different choices to chose from with different options. I found more BMW I3's here than at the local BMW dealership in Dallas. Darrell Hair was my salesman and great to work with. Very friendly experience and enjoyed the process from beginning to end. I came to the dealership pre-qualified for an auto loan which made everything fast and easy. I selected which car I wanted and was out the door in a couple hours. No pressure and was offered Hotdogs!

My car had gotten totaled recently and I needed a new car relatively fast. I had researched a 2014 California Special Mustang on Cars.com and saw one they had in their inventory. So I went down to check it out on Saturday. With less than perfect credit, and a limited down payment due to the situation I was in, Darrell reassured me we could work something out. He was very informative and respectful through the process and made me feel comfortable during the paper work! Very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend to any one needing a used car! They earned a life time customer!

David Hamer was great to work with! As somebody else said he was very transparent in sharing what he knew about the vehicles we looked at and tested. Given the chance, would surely buy from him again. Actually same is true for the entire dealership. Communication and the environment were both excellent. We bought a different vehicle than we had intended and researched - this was only possible because we were so comfortable with our experience. We picked it up a couple days later with expectations not only met, but exceeded.

After I purchased my car and was handed the key I asked David about the second key. David said they only had one. I drove back home 2 hours away and was reviewing my purchase on my iPad and I screen shot the comment that said 2 key fobs came with it. Sent via text to David and he replied back ASAP and said they located the second one. They are mailing it to me. Thanks again David. Beautiful showroom, courteous service. Beautiful auto’s.
