Selective Autoplex

I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder SV for over $30,000, only to later discover that it had structural damage. Based on what I’ve since learned, the vehicle’s value may be significantly lower than what I paid, and I believe this information should have been disclosed before the sale. I was never provided with a Carfax or vehicle history report during the purchase process. Had I known about the vehicle’s history, I would never have agreed to buy it. I also discovered that the financing paperwork reflected a down payment amount that I did not actually make. This has raised serious concerns for me, especially after being contacted by the bank regarding documentation. Since learning these issues, I have repeatedly tried to contact the dealership by phone and email to resolve the situation, but my concerns have not been addressed which has now resulted in getting a lawyer. I expected honesty, transparency, and good customer service when making such a major purchase. Instead, I have been left with a vehicle that I believe was misrepresented and with unanswered questions about the financing paperwork. I hope the dealership takes responsibility and works to resolve this matter fairly

Whack dealership, wastes your time keeps you sitting for hours on end and just wants more and more and more and to inquire your credit 15 times.

UPDATE..... So after speaking with Alonzo Ellis for the past months I've now learned the reason I was fired was (HIS OWN WORDS) he's too attracted to me to have me around also he's very prejudice calling me a white woman and such along with the "B" WORD. ALSO, he revealed to me they had over 300k dollars on returns bc of his former boss Jerry Chang. I can see now that happen Jerry was always "fudgjng ' the paper work putting the co signer as the buyer and the buyer as the co signer. Bottom line don't work for these people they will absolutely screw you over and DEFINITELY DON'T BUY CARS FROM THEM. These cars do not reflect the car facts they all have been wrecked and put back together to make them look great. Alonzo you should be more careful how you talk about your coworkers. But of course why would we expect any less of you after the way you talked about me, and you're a COMPULSIVE LIAR. ALONZO YOU DON'T RUN NOTHING, I KNOW YOU'D LIKE TO THINK YOU DO BUT YOU DON'T

High pressure, pushy sales tactics. Had an appointment set up to look at a vehicle and received an email asking where I disappeared to when the appointment was the next day. I won't buy from them.

The entire experience was terrible because all these people wanted to do was to sell their own cars and not help the customer. The finance manager (Greg) told me that I should just let my car go back and concentrate on buying a car from them. He need me to be patient because they were busy with other customers but there wasn’t any other people there except for other workers. It was a terrible experience and I left there in the middle of the process. He said I have at least three approvals from banks but was fascinated on how much money I made that he forgot about me in a back office. I went to the restroom then walked around a while then left and went home. I will never go back there but they did have some nice cars.

Ossie did a great job and had the vehicle shipped to New York ! This is a great online process no headache

I came in wanting to upgrade at an affordable payment and I walked out with just that !
