UPDATE.

UPDATE..... So after speaking with Alonzo Ellis for the past months I've now learned the reason I was fired was (HIS OWN WORDS) he's too attracted to me to have me around also he's very prejudice calling me a white woman and such along with the "B" WORD. ALSO, he revealed to me they had over 300k dollars on returns bc of his former boss Jerry Chang. I can see now that happen Jerry was always "fudgjng ' the paper work putting the co signer as the buyer and the buyer as the co signer. Bottom line don't work for these people they will absolutely screw you over and DEFINITELY DON'T BUY CARS FROM THEM. These cars do not reflect the car facts they all have been wrecked and put back together to make them look great. Alonzo you should be more careful how you talk about your coworkers. But of course why would we expect any less of you after the way you talked about me, and you're a COMPULSIVE LIAR. ALONZO YOU DON'T RUN NOTHING, I KNOW YOU'D LIKE TO THINK YOU DO BUT YOU DON'T

High pressure, pushy sales tactics.

High pressure, pushy sales tactics. Had an appointment set up to look at a vehicle and received an email asking where I disappeared to when the appointment was the next day. I won't buy from them.

The entire experience was terrible because all these

The entire experience was terrible because all these people wanted to do was to sell their own cars and not help the customer. The finance manager (Greg) told me that I should just let my car go back and concentrate on buying a car from them. He need me to be patient because they were busy with other customers but there wasn’t any other people there except for other workers. It was a terrible experience and I left there in the middle of the process. He said I have at least three approvals from banks but was fascinated on how much money I made that he forgot about me in a back office. I went to the restroom then walked around a while then left and went home. I will never go back there but they did have some nice cars.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. For starters, they were supposed to deliver my car but it kept getting delayed so I ended up driving 6 hours to get it but never got refunded the delivery fee. It took me 14 MONTHS to get my license plate & they still did not do it correctly so now I have to go pay money out of my pocket & spend my time to go to the DMV to get it corrected. If you're counting on them registering your specialty plate, you can absolutely forget it. Nima, the General Manager, is a JOKE. Never responded to my calls or emails to get this issue resolved. I had to send in a notarized power of attorney THREE times, despite receiving email confirmations that they'd received it, but suddenly they would be unable to locate it, so I'd have to pay a notary fee plus postage & send another one. Then, Nima had the nerve to accuse me of them having to pay the late fees for getting the registration done so late, despite me having emails to prove their incompetence. The starter went out on my car 3 months after I bought it & they did NOTHING about it. I would STAY AWAY from this dealership. They do not know what they're doing & have zero customer service skills. This has been nothing but an ongoing headache. My best advice is to STAY FAR AWAY from this awful joke of a dealership.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Selective Autoplex, and the whole transaction was done remotely. Nick Grisaffi was my salesperson, and he helped each step of the way from the purchase, having the vehicle transported to me, and the delivery of the license plates and tags. I am so happy that I got a vehicle I love and all the excellent help I needed along the way!
