I was on the hunt for a certain premium electric vehicle. I visited Selective Autoplex to audition a likely candidate. I called ahead to make sure it was there, and was lucky enough to be transferred to Darrell Hair in the sales department. I have made a dedicated effort to be an informed and specific buyer this time round, and Darrell exceeded every expectation I had. His level of service and attentiveness cannot be overstated; he asked me outright early on if I had any plans to buy that very day. I said no, and nothing about his warm approach changed. Same when I declined to discuss the value of my trade in. Selective is a small lot with an excellent and well cared for selection of low mileage cars at fair market prices. I did not end up buying from them, simply because I found a model with the exact specs I was seeking elsewhere. Dealer and sales (Darrell Hair) highly recommended.

Went in looking at a car I saw on line. Car was inside, clean showroom, people friendly and helpful. Not the typical sales at local dealers where you are hounded. I was able to look at the car, get in anbd try the car out without a saleman hanging over my shoulder. Like a waiter, they watch for when I looked as if I had a question and would stop by and answer my question. Took the car for a test drive and ended up buying the car. Good price, great car, and I had my own financing but they found a better deal for me. Great group of people and would use them again.

Such a great experience! I visited several other dealers before this, but once I went to autoplex I immediately felt cared for and valued as a customer. The environment is so professional. They answered all of my questions without hesitation. I’m 24 and just bought my first car and I did not have any problems. I couldn’t be happier with the quality car I chose! From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and not pressured. Darrell had a sense of urgency, but that never translated into high pressure sales tactics.
