I was visiting Gettysburg and had Car trouble, the service manager was great had a tech look at my car right away. Long story made short I needed to buy a new car I had Grant as my sales person and Gigi as the finance person the sales experience was great all people involved were kind courteous and helpful I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car

Phenomenal experience with Grant Keifer! I’ve bought multiple vehicles through him and he is always so patient, attentive to my needs, cares about what you want and need for your family and very quick to respond to you. My daughter and I went to Renn Kirby Kia to find her a safe and affordable car. She had a pretty strict budget that she needed to stick to and Grant, the salesperson, worked with us until we met that budget goal. My daughter was able to get the vehicle that she loved! Thanks to Grant and the entire Renn Kirby team for making it happen for her!

Service is the WORST 🤯🤯🤯🤯called for a recall they said bring car up to see part to order 25 miles there then drive back up to replace part … poor customer that live 50 miles away run back and forth to replace a part they could find out from V.I.N. number… go good news no more Cars from this place after 2 new ones 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Renn Kirby Kia in Gettysburg is a very inviting and professional! Grant Keifer and Jason Bruno did an amazing job helping me to navigate buying a new car. Both of them made the process easy and stress free. The facilities were very clean and inviting as well. Grant Keifer was patient and supportive. One thing I liked about being at Renn Kirby Kia is that the associates were not pushy or pressuring me into buying a car. Grant was excellent at explaining things to me and making sure to check with after my car was bought (via. Text Message). This was such a great experience and I would recommend Renn Kirby Kia, Grant Keifer and Jason Bruno to any first time car buyer! I definitely do not regret buying a car from Renn Kirby Kia in Gettysburg! Excellent service and Excellent people!

Stay away from Gettysburg Kia.

Stay away from Gettysburg Kia. I bought a new 2024 Kia, and they told me things that were not true. They said that I should take their Insurance because my insurance would not cover this car if it was stolen. I checked with my insurance. They said your car has full coverage. I also told them the person that may buy my trade in. That person purchase my car and I never got a Thankyou or anything else. And they say they take care of there customer. First time at this dealer. I bin buying car for over 60 years, This is the worst ever. Poor Management. DO your Homework before you buy. After 60 years I learned a lesson.
