I’ve purchased 2 Kia Tellurides from this dealer over the last three years. They’re great to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Grant was our salesman and he was excellent. Very detailed and thorough he made sure I was completely set up on the Kia Access app and that I understood all of the vehicles functions.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everything moved along smoothly and quickly. My sales agent Aurora Shields was so helpful throughout the entire process. BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!
I would like to leave zero stars but it's not an option. I drove 2 and a half hours to look at a subaru that was listed on cars.com. The reviews on the dealer website seemed pretty good so I made the drive. This was my second trip to this dealership as the first time was to test drive the car and ask a few questions. I worked with a sales person that seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. He didn't really ask alot of questions other than what he needed to for the credit application. One of my questions was what kind of warranty does the car come with? I was told 3 months 3,000 miles. I thought that was great. I didn't expect one because of the year of the car (2016) that was a pretty good deal. I was told this on Saturday when I first looked at the car and again on Tuesday when I went to go buy the car. It was even inside the car hanging on the back window. The first document I signed was for the warranty. After everything was setup I then was greeted by the person who works in finance. He went over all of the paper work for the car and then gets to a page that states the car comes with no warranty. I said ok, but I was told it came with a 3 month 3,000 mile warranty. The gentleman said nope because of the model of the car we can't honor a warranty. Literally the first document I signed was for the warranty now he's saying the car doesn't have one, and they can't honor it!! The warranty was inside the car taped to the window. I signed every document for the car just needed to take the keys and finalize paperwork. I didn't even know what to say at this point. If this isn't bait and switch I don't know what is. The finance guy went over and told my sales person and the manager about the situation. The sales person and manager came over to me, and the manager explained how the car shouldn't have had a warranty. He said he worked for Subaru for 10 years and they never did warranties on these cars because they can be modified. I wasn't asking for anything other than what I signed and what was promised. I never got an apology or a let me see if we can offer anything else. I was told it couldn't be done. I let them know if they couldn't honor what was promised i was going to walk. The manager looked at me and said ok I don't blame you. I left and I will never go back. I would have been ok with an apology and maybe here's a complimentary cup of coffee. I was offfered NOTHING!! What kind of dealership is this?

I came up from Maryland to buy this car used Mazda three. Everybody was polite courteous and understanding. If I was to make any suggestions it would be to speed up the buying process. Again great people.
