Grant is great!

Grant was so friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job to not make me feel pressured into a big decision. Grant was great to work with.

Aurora was fantastic!

We were looking for a reliable but affordable car for our son to finish college and take over when he graduates. Aurora helped make this happen. She was fabulous to work with.

Great dealer

I’ve purchased 2 Kia Tellurides from this dealer over the last three years. They’re great to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Grant was our salesman and he was excellent. Very detailed and thorough he made sure I was completely set up on the Kia Access app and that I understood all of the vehicles functions.

Fantastic service

The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everything moved along smoothly and quickly. My sales agent Aurora Shields was so helpful throughout the entire process. She kept everything moving along smoothly and her explanation of the loan process was incredibly thorough. I could not have asked for a better experience at Renn Kirby Kia.

Highly Recommended!

We traded a 2012 sedan and bought a 2014 Honda Odyssey which is in great condition and was well detailed. Our sales guy Grant was very cordial and professional, without any pushiness (very important). The whole experience at Renn Kirby Kia was very pleasant. Highly recommended!

Super friendly and courteous staff, speedy loan approval process, clean environment, and high quality vehicles at Renn Kirby Kia in Gettysburg, PA! My sales agent, Aurora Shields, was an absolute pleasure to work with, as was the gentleman that she was training while working with me on the purchase of a vehicle. Aurora was very knowledgeable with regard to all aspects of the car buying process, she kept things moving along at a good pace, and I was in and out with my my new vehicle within a reasonable amount of time. Overall, working with Aurora and the rest of the Renn Kirby team was a fantastic experience! I couldn't have asked for more exceptional service from Aurora! She is not at all your typical pushy, sleazy car sales person that will tell you anything just to get you to buy a car from them!! She didn't try to persuade me or schmooze me into buying a car from her, which I truly appreciate! I highly recommend working with Aurora Shields at Renn Kirby Kia! Thank you Aurora, you are the BEST and I love, love, love my newly purchased Hyundai Genesis!!!

BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!

I would like to leave zero stars but it's not an option. I drove 2 and a half hours to look at a subaru that was listed on cars.com. The reviews on the dealer website seemed pretty good so I made the drive. This was my second trip to this dealership as the first time was to test drive the car and ask a few questions. I worked with a sales person that seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. He didn't really ask alot of questions other than what he needed to for the credit application. One of my questions was what kind of warranty does the car come with? I was told 3 months 3,000 miles. I thought that was great. I didn't expect one because of the year of the car (2016) that was a pretty good deal. I was told this on Saturday when I first looked at the car and again on Tuesday when I went to go buy the car. It was even inside the car hanging on the back window. The first document I signed was for the warranty. After everything was setup I then was greeted by the person who works in finance. He went over all of the paper work for the car and then gets to a page that states the car comes with no warranty. I said ok, but I was told it came with a 3 month 3,000 mile warranty. The gentleman said nope because of the model of the car we can't honor a warranty. Literally the first document I signed was for the warranty now he's saying the car doesn't have one, and they can't honor it!! The warranty was inside the car taped to the window. I signed every document for the car just needed to take the keys and finalize paperwork. I didn't even know what to say at this point. If this isn't bait and switch I don't know what is. The finance guy went over and told my sales person and the manager about the situation. The sales person and manager came over to me, and the manager explained how the car shouldn't have had a warranty. He said he worked for Subaru for 10 years and they never did warranties on these cars because they can be modified. I wasn't asking for anything other than what I signed and what was promised. I never got an apology or a let me see if we can offer anything else. I was told it couldn't be done. I let them know if they couldn't honor what was promised i was going to walk. The manager looked at me and said ok I don't blame you. I left and I will never go back. I would have been ok with an apology and maybe here's a complimentary cup of coffee. I was offfered NOTHING!! What kind of dealership is this?

Wonderful Staff

I always have a wonderful experience at Renn Kirby Kia. Grant Keifer is always a pleasure to work with and is straight forward with you through the whole process so there are no surprises at the end! The General Manager, Robert, is also a pleasure to work with and runs an amazing team!

Buying a used car

I came up from Maryland to buy this car used Mazda three. Everybody was polite courteous and understanding. If I was to make any suggestions it would be to speed up the buying process. Again great people.
