After spending several days at several different dealerships, we are happy that we ended up at Renn Kirby Kia. Before making the drive from Maryland, we called and spoke to Grant. He was very patient and polite. He even took the time to send me actual pics of the car we were inquiring about, including a pic of the window sticker. Once there, we received excellent service. I can't say enough about the service I received from Grant at Renn Kirby Kia. The search for a Hybrid SUV has been very difficult over the last 6 months. I inquired to multiple dealerships regarding my search. I had not spoken directly with Grant, however, he called me in June and said I was on his list of people searching for a Kia Sportage Hybrid and that they had 2 coming in. I explained to him that I was 5 minutes away from putting a deposit on one that another dealer was allowing me to order, but they quoted me a 4-6 month wait. Grant had the EXACT car I wanted and quickly walked me through reserving it. He remained in contact the entire waiting period and promptly notified me when the car came in. I came in last night to pick it up and he had me in and out within an hour! He even spent over 20 minutes with me going over the vehicle in full to include the setup, pairing my phone, and all the new features.
