Live my new Kia Seltos EX!

I’m so in love with my new Kia Seltos! I owned a Kia Spectra since 2010 and found very reliable just normal things like oil changes new tires. This car is way beyond in features, comfort smooth ride etc. I helped that I was greeted by a wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful Sales person by the name of Mike Chandler. He demonstrated each feature and technology and patiently explained price etc. Superb care and information given by him. I would return and hope Mr Chandler can help me again!

Telluride S purchase

We recently purchased a Telluride S which we like very much. Everyone was very helpful and we felt that they were there to help us and not to pressure us. We were happy with the deal. We live near Towson, MD and it was well worth traveling that distance. We had a number of questions which were answered in a helpful manner. Our salesman was Jeff Sealock who spent a great deal of time with us and explained the features thoroughly. We also want to thank Robert Phillips.

Great Customer Service

I was looking for a new car and traded in my 2015 Kia Soul. Grant was wonderful with great customer service! I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Car purchase

We had an amazing salesman (Grant Keifer) He was extremely pleased and helpful. He explained all the in and outs of our new vehicle that we purchase.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Avoid this dealership at all cost. They are SCAMMERS and will try to swindle your money. If I could rate them a 0, I would. I don’t even know where to begin. I took my car in for routine maintenance and recalls to be done. I dropped it off the night before and got a call in the morning saying my brakes and routers were worn down to nothing and I was told that I shouldn’t be driving with them. I declined the $1300 quote for new brakes and Rotors because I had just gotten the car 3 months prior and there’s no way they could be worn down from brand new to less than nothing in that short time. When I picked up my car, I went to drive away and my brakes grinded so loud. When I dropped it off the night before, there was no noise. This noise was the loudest and most horrendous brake noise I have ever heard. They tried to gaslight me into thinking that my car was like this when I dropped it off. Also, don’t bother ordering a spare key. It will take over 3 months to get there. I will absolutely never take my car here and recommend people AWAY from this terrible establishment. They have no ethics.

Bought my jeep

We just bought our car and Jeff our saleman was very knowledgable, he answered all our questions, made the process which is usally stressful very easy..the paperwork was a breeze..and we were very happy with the entire process.
