I purchased a 2009 Toyota 4Runner Limited from this place I'm happy for the car but I'm not happy with these folks. First of all the ad was posted a week ago with 79,000 miles on it but when I got there it turns out that it had 80500 miles so they try to make the ad looks like it has less mileage. Also they said that there were 2 sets of keys and after I already signed the papers they said there was only one set of keys. The original floor mats we're not install but instead some cheap left over was inside the car and this was right after when they are giving me the key to drive off. There was a small damage in front of the car they said it can be fixed for $250 and they gave me discount because I I don't want to drive back and forth but it turns out when I looked at it the damage the next day it was bigger and headlight assembly was also broken. I don't recommend this place

As a mom with a tight budget who doesn’t have time to window shop for cars, I knew exactly what car I wanted and at what price we could afford. The scary thing about doing it that way is you never know what dealership you’ll have to deal with when you find the right car. We were so lucky to have Jeff at Ren Kirby work with us to get the car we wanted and for the right price. Through the bad credit problem (thanks student loans...) and our needs to get approved for a loan and within the range we could afford, Jeff was so helpful through the whole process. And we were able to go in the same day we came home with the car. And the car has been a dream! We can’t thank Jeff and the team at Ren Kirby enough!!
