Quick friendly service

We made an appointment and had the car serviced next day leaving it overnight. The repair estimate was accurate and service was completed on time. No surprises. Communication was excellent.

Quality service and quality people

Jason Dale at Jim Ellis Kia of kennesaw is phenomenal. He was attentive to all my questions, calls and requests and went above and beyond to get my car back to me by the time I requested it. I have had great experiences at this dealership every time I have come and will continue to return.

Always a great experience the dealership is a part of my vil

Engine problems

My engine went out on my 2013 Sportage. The warranty completely covered the repair. I had an issue with it the other day and took it back to Kia they were able to repair it and they provided me with a rental car. I was very pleased with their service.

Great service

Went in for an oil change and got me out quickly. The Jason Dale was extremely polite and professional. Give the man a promotion! A personality like that needs to be emulated though management. I wish my Aston Martin advisors can act like Jason!

Great service. I had to wait 40mins to get car wash & vacuum

I had a oil change and inspect in done. The only thing I did not like.is that I had to wait 40mins to get my car vacuumed & washed.

Quick & Easy

Jason was very easy to work and made things quick for me. Drop off was easy and fast, as was the pick up. He kept me updated on my car repairs and any necessary items that were needed.

Service takes too long

If you have anything else planned for your day I would not go to this location. I spent 5 hours here on a Wednesday. I was told I lived too far for the courtesy shuttle and I live in Powder Springs. A lady waiting with me was waiting for hours thinking her car was being serviced and they had not even started. This place needs new management. I will not be back.
