On Wednesday December 27th,2023 I contacted this
On Wednesday December 27th,2023 I contacted this dealership about an email they sent me in regard to purchasing my 2020 Dodge Durango GT Plus from me because they claim they have customers looking for that same year make, and model and they don't have it in stock. So, I contacted Jesse and explained to him that I received an inquiry about you all wanting to buy my vehicle from me and so I scheduled an appointment to go down there on the same day and when I got there, I told them what I was there for and then one of the sales guys said that he was going to be helping me. So, I went into his office, and we were looking at Durango's that they had on the lot because I expressed that I want another Durango but I wanted an SRT so after that they asked me for my payoff on my current Durango and I gave it to them and then they come back and tell me that they can only offer me 26K when my trade in value is 31.5K. So then because they didn't have any SRT's Jesse comes in the office and offers to put me into a RT which I did not want, and he said if I got the RT then he would give me 31K trade in value to help his guy hit his monthly goal and get me a great deal. How is that a great deal when you all are xxxxing people over on their trade in values because you all are hurting and not making any sales and then when you reach out to customers that have the vehicle a customer is looking for you all rip them off on their trade in value so you all can turn around and sell it for way more and make a profit. So, I strongly encourage anybody not to go to this dealership to purchase a car or trade in their current vehicle for a new vehicle because the way they are getting over on people is not right. I will never go back to this dealership and honestly, I hope this dealership goes the xxxx out of business because they are full of xxxx.

2019 Ram Laramie 5.
2019 Ram Laramie 5.7 HEMI has a defect with the exhaust manifold & gasket on right side... turns out this is actually covered by 5year/60000mile powertrain warranty (at least mine was). So if anyone has paid for this defect repair, you may want to get your $$ back. Warranty work like most dealership service departments - takes a back seat to paid maintenance/repairs. Dropped vehicle off on a Friday - didn't get the truck back until the next Thursday! I understand Westgate Dodge Ram is having much difficulty obtaining and keeping good people and they've had quite the turnover. The bright side off all this was Service Advisor Tiffany R's positive attitude. Tiffany was up front and honest with me the entire time. She's certainly the continuity of the shop. Great Job!! Hang in there. Tiffany rates 5 STARS!! Recommend this service center - Yes, with reservation. Be patient. They are really understaffed.

On n Monday, October 16, 2023, we dropped off my Son's
On n Monday, October 16, 2023, we dropped off my Son's Dodge Dart off at 7:30 AM at the Westgate Dodge for a routine transmission flush. The staff indicated when my Son dropped the car off for the scheduled service it would take a couple of days. After two days on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, my Son informed he had been trying to call the dealership to get an update on the scheduled repair, but could not receive any information from the staff. I called the Westgate Dodge on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at 8;15AM, three days after the schedule repair to receive an update on routine scheduled transmission flush. A staff member named Ollie stated " I will check on the repair, and to wait on the phone." Ollie indicated and stated" I'll be honest with you, we have not looked at the vehicle due to the mechanic not being at work after three days." I instructed Ollie not to perform any routine maintenance on the vehicle, and we would be picking the vehicle up due no scheduled service being performed by the dealership after the vehicle being left for three full days. Ollie indicated they could most likely service the vehicle on the third day, Wednesday, October 18, 2023, if we wanted to still leave the vehicle at the dealership. I re-informed Ollie not to perform any routine repairs and we would be picking the vehicle due to no scheduled service being performed by the dealership after three days. She stated "ok". I do not recommend anyone take their vehicles to Westgate Dodge in Wake Forest due to the unprofessional scheduled service we received between October 16-18, 2023.

Terrible seevice
From start to finish, it didn’t seem like they even wanted us here for the truck we purchased. It started getting really bad when we had our own financing, they change the paperwork in us twice and we had to go back and get it changed back to what was agreed upon. Dealerships in general are not selling the vehicle to the person in front of them, they are selling the family and friends of that person because of the experience. This did not, their service department is rude and isn’t there for you. If you have a chance go somewhere else, anywhere else.

There is literally ZERO good things to say about this
There is literally ZERO good things to say about this dealership. They don’t care, customer service is terrible. It’s musical chairs in employees at the service department. Their best employee left some time ago and it’s been a crap show ever since. When you look at service department issues, you’ll realize it’s the General Management/Ownership of the entire dealership as the root cause for such pathetic customer service. I didn’t buy my vehicle here and would never buy here. Looking elsewhere for future service needs as well.

Worse dealership I ever bought a car from.
Worse dealership I ever bought a car from. I purchased a used vehicle from them. I was told they would give me a warranty up to 100,000 miles on the vehicle since the factory warranty was about run out. 3 months later I took it back to them b/c the windshield wipers come on when I turn on my high beams. I wad told I do not have a warranty and it will cost over 1k to fix. I also took the car in for a regular oil change. I didn't make it 5 miles before the oil pressure light and check engine light came on. When I took it back I got a lame xxx excuse about what happened. Please listen to me, do not purchase or take your vehicle to this place.

This is such a terrible dealership especially for
This is such a terrible dealership especially for service. I brought my car in for an oil change and afterwards the car developed a bad ticking noise. So I took it back to have that looked at and some other warranty concerns. To start with none of the service advisors reached out to provide any updates. I had to call multiple times to get someone on the phone for an update. Now this is my only car. When we established the car would need to be there a few days they said I could go on the waiting list for a loaner but wouldn't provide any additional help. I had to call Dodge to find out that they cover rentals for instances like I was in. After 3 days they told me they removed the intake manifold to inspect the cams and lifters. They didn't see anything wrong and after putting the intake manifold back on it magically stopped making the noise. They figured that means it's okay and they don't need to go any further. I had to ask them to go back in and find the root of the problem so it doesn't happen again. The next day I physically went to the dealership to find my car parked outside not being looked at. I found out not a single concern was properly addressed. One of the minor things I mentioned was the emergency brake doesn't hold properly. The service advisor even noted it rolls too much when applied but they didn't do anything about it. I decided to take my car because it was clear they were too incompetent to handle the repairs. All I recommend is don't ever bring your car here for service.

Been trying to reach the service department with no success - the phone rang 25 to 30 times with no answer so I gave up - pitiful excuse for a “service dept”. Would never consider using them in the future and I would NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealership!

This is a cliffnotes version: Purchased a used vehicle
This is a cliffnotes version: Purchased a used vehicle January 2023. which had been sitting on their lot for 2+ years. Initial salesman didn't even know they had it. Salesman was very nice but Sales manager was smug and condescending. Negotiation went back/forth and after 2 hours, finally settled on a price. Transferred our perm plate from our old car to new one. His service dept "washed" the car and I think they got more water INSIDE the vehicle than outside. When we opened the hatch, all this water was dripping on us. Salesman dried it for us. Windshield was filthy on the way home. After 2 weeks I'm calling to find out about the registration. I called multiple time & was always told "keep waiting" because it could take up to a month. Finally a week ago the dealer realized they never did the inspection (OOPS) on the car before selling it and are trying to reach us. (Either that or they realized it immediately and were scheming for 3-4 weeks trying to figure out how to remedy this without getting caught. "Bring it back we need to do a 2nd inspection" instead of being honest and saying: "We botched it and never did any inspection, is there a way you could bring it back?" No I'm not driving 200 miles R/T to fix YOUR mistake. "What can we do to make it worth your while? A set of Jeep weatherproof mats?" No you can't bribe me. They said we needed to talk to Matt, Matt's NEVER avail. Talk to Corey, Corey has no idea what's going on. Mike the sales mgr never got on the phone to clear this up. He'd only reply to texts when he was good and ready. We had to fix the dealership's mistake and ended up getting the vehicle inspected ourselves close to home. Sure enough, a week later we received the registration in the mail. Which tells me the hold up for the registration is because the dealer never did an NC inspection. Per sales mgr's text, at my request, they're mailing a check to reimburse us for the cost of the inspection THEY should have done. I'm not holding my breath. I would avoid this dealer if at all possible. It wouldn't have been that bad if they just hadn't lied. Combine the condescending sales mgr, incompetent service dept who couldn't wash a car properly or perform an inspection, and dishonest staff members all the way around covering for one another because no one had the guts to admit they failed to do an inspection and that gives you Westgate Dodge Ram of Wake Forest. The combination of those incidents made the overall experience unpleasant. Definitely don't recommend.

Be careful When Purchasing at Westgate Wake Forest
I purchase a brand new 2022 Dodge Durango from Westgate in Wake Forest. The salesman was great, but the finance office with Mr. Maze was very misleading. Mr. Maze invited me in his office and sold me a Advance 5 package. He explained everything to me some fast about the additional warranty purchase for my new vehicle that if I had any dents, dings, or rocks thrown into my window it would be fixed as many times as the incident would happen. Not true. A big truck threw a rock into my windshield while driving and I reported it to Maze at Westgate. The story changed. Windshield denied. Not fixed. I still have a crack in my new truck windshield. Also, I canceled part of the Advance 5 contract and the refund was never sent back to my financial as of Jan 29, 2023. It was suppose to be sent back in August, 2022. This is strange. I will tell women to please beware of fast talkers when purchasing cars and additional warranties. I am still trying to get things settled with Westgate in Wake Forest.
