Was a pleasure to purchase this vehicle from you back in September of 2019. We moved to Montana in September of 2016 so when we were looking for a replacement for our 2013 Sorrento we knew that we were going to look for another Kia. So when the Telluride came out I read a about them and was sold after all the reviews were so positive. I purchased my first diesel from Sunset Chevrolet in Sumner in 2007 so I was familiar with Sunset and there business practices. We love our Telluride and still get compliments about its ride, design and comfort. If we had to buy another vehicle to replace this one I'm sure it will be another Kia from Sunset Kia.

Slow and poor customer service. I dropped my car off for...
Slow and poor customer service. I dropped my car off for an oil change at 10:45 am and was told it would be ready for pickup at 12:45. I used my lunch break to pick up my vehicle, and when I came up to the desk to check up on my car I was told it was done and needed to be brought to the front. I was told it would only be a few minutes. I waited about 40 minutes until I finally decided to ask what was taking so long only to walk Up to the front desk and be ignored by the staff for about 5 minutes before someone asked if I needed help. All in all I waited for almost 50 before getting my car back. I’d rather pay for an oil change and the service if it means I’ll get quality customer services. You won’t get that here.

Sunset Kia of AUBURN you were a disappointment !!! LEAVING OUT INFORMATION TO GET MONEY IS JUST MALICIOUS!! CUSTOMERS HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW ANY REGULATION CHANGES ABOUT ANYTHING THAT CONCERNS THE CAR THEY ARE ABOUT TO BUY OR HAVE BOUGHT! ! ***BRADY *** u got very rude and nasty as sales agent and unfortunately you get 0 stars for job poorly done !! I dont understand why he left out information about rules changes about my car getting tinted .After you guys put the wrong tint on my car now u come around and change the info that you want to provide to me .Sales and service department admitted to leaving out this info b4 i gave up my car for the service after asking multiple questions about the service! .** BE CAREFUL B4 U BUY ANY CAR FROM SUNSET KIA AUBURN . Not from Brady for that matter !Make sure they provide all the information about warranties , **OFFERED TINT** ( RULES AND REGULATION CHANGES ) , Factory warranty ( what it covers n have it on paperwork ), Lifetime oil changes (make sure its on paperwork ), DO NOT BELIEVE WORD OF MOUTH ESPECIALLY NOT FROM BRADY !! if he says your insurance will go down since you have a neWer car with more saftey features LIES!!! call your insurance company and ask b4 buying the car i learnt the hard way after BRADY LIED THAT MY INSURANCE WOULD DROP !!!! PROVIDING WRONGFUL INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS SHOULD HAVE CONSEQUENCES AND ITS NOT ACCEPTABLE The amount of misinformation i have had from this company and it agents is unbelievable !!! DISGRACE INSHORT GET YOUR CAR FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE NOT SUNSET !!!! ***BOUGHT MY 2015 KIA OPTIMA AND GUESS WHAT THE PASSENGER SPEAKER STOPPED WORKING WITHIN THE 1ST MONTH AND OFCOURSE THEY REFUSED TO FIX IT ! WARRANTY RULES CHANGED WHEN I NEEDED IT FIXED !. WOW THEY EVEN SELL WRECKED CARS !! DISAPPOINTED!!

Yes I would like someone to get to the bottom of this because this car has issues and I don't understand why it does because it seems like Sunset Kia does not fix their cars before they sell them which is absurd

The service was satisfactory only took about an hour to complete my service which was an oil change. Would have been nice to get a car wash along with the vacuum
