Everything Went Well

The entire experience went smoothly, didn't cost an exorbitant amount, and the staff were friendly. This is my 2nd experience at this location, and worked out well each time. Fully satisfied.

Poor service resulted in failed inspection

I brought my Jeep in for a 7:30 appointment on Feb 6 because of an O2 code. It was not brought in for diagnotic until 10:30. I called and left several messages looking for answers. At 1:15 my calls were finally returned. I was told by Mark that my only issue was 3 blown fuses. I brought it for inspection on Feb 8 and it failed emissions. I had hoped since you were under new management somehow things might have gotten better. I was disappointed again. Jeff and Tony never returned my calls.

New to dealer

I have Questions on quality of vehicle. Transmission is shifting funny. Might have to be looked into. Will give a week to test it out.

Very helpful

The workers at Stateline were very helpful I was looking to lease and when the financing wasn’t going to work they did everything they could to help me find a vehicle I would highly recommend them

Very pleased with my leasing experience with Antone Santos.

I first met Antone while having my Jeep Commander serviced and I told him of vehicles I might be interested in, he gave me a lot of information to consider. I stopped by this past Sunday expecting to just look at a couple of the vehicles, but Antone was there and we started talking. Within an hour I committed to a Jeep Cherokee Limited and picked it up today! Antone was great to work with. The vehicle seems fine, just a learning curve as expected with some of the features.

1st lease experience

I dealt with Antone Santos on my first ever lease deal and he was incredible. Very patient and informative. Took the time to explain everything and made the experience enjoyable.

Jeep service

Service advisor had my reservation. Check-in process was quick, called when done. Check out was painless too. All the work requested was performed. Will return.

Awful customer service

I leased a 2019 Jeep latitude 4 months ago. Someone hit my car when it was parked and I had to towed it to this dealership. The parts to get fixed arrived 1 month later. Every time I called for the status of my Jeep everyone had a different story and I find get any follow up call back within the same day. Shawn the service manager really needs customer service training. Also I was denied a loaner service car... “like it was my fault the Part I needed was not made yet”.... the driver that brought me home my car after it was fixed godt mad at me because He was in a rush and needed to be home and didn’t wanted to wait for me to confirm with once again ShawnI whom I was on the phone with.... the driver believe it or not left with my car “ driving like a maniac and speeding.... I called SHawn again to make the driver come back with my car and guess what SHawn do: NOTHING. I was very very upset with the service. I ended up finding a ride to pick up my Jeep that night and it was around closing time...... when I got there SHAWN didn’t even came acrosss me! Till today I’m still waiting for the towing refund that Shawn from customer service promised me..... I had an awful experience at this place. I work in the medical field and I’ve been telling everyone I know not to go to this place..... once you sing the contract with them your screw.....so please let this review open your eyes and don’t go there.
