I had the worst experience with Stateline CJDR. I went in to speak to service specialist . I spoke with specialist Mr. Jeffrey Boyer , he so called a specialist... that had no knowledge of my car parts, prices or compassion for customer service . Mr. Boyer was very rude , kept interrupting me while I was speaking, claims that don’t carry the parts I needed for my vehicle and I would have to go somewhere else. Mr. Boyer didn’t bother calling warehouse or another Stateline to see if parts was available. When I asked to call he said he was too busy to call that I would have to call if I wanted the parts. Having employees in service I would assume they be polite and have respect for customer I guess not in this company. Time to find a different dealer to deal with my 3 vehicles .
Fast and friendly service! A big thank you to Kim and her team for making our process buying a new Rebel an enjoyable process. She listened attentively... to what we wanted and did not want. She got it right the first time and we did not waste hours as we had at other dealerships.

was sent a letter stating wanted to buy back my 3 year od ram 3500 would get me in a new one for same payment or less wasted my time over an hour not one... thing listed in letter true they did not even have any 3500 trucks on lot trying to give me alot less money for my truck than their letter stated higher payments sales manager very rude when i asked for my key back so i could leave just a big scam would never buy a vehicle there however i have had service work done there great service department
