Stateline CJDR

Went in to have a spare key made. We're not upfront about service costs until I asked. They took my new key that I brought to have programmed, came back 10 minutes later stating they couldn't do it, but could do it with one of their keys for an additional $170! Scam! Fraud! Charge me $67.50 for 10 minutes of nothing?? Thanks but no thanks, I will be writing my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. xxxx poor service and attitudes

Jake was super. Everyone was friendly. Al worked with us to get us where we needed to be for our payments. It was busy so it took some time but we love our truck.

It's been over 3 weeks since I brought my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Stateline to find out why it wasn't running correctly & the engine light was on To this date of the review - they still haven't fixed the issue with my Jeep Grand Cherokee The wait continues... & I have to drive a Jeep Renagade (aka A Box on Four Wheels) as my courtesy vehicle On a positive note - The hot coco is good in their waiting area

after hitting a pothole and ruining a tire, had our compass towed to the dealers .next day was replaced, also got a sticker while it was there and it was delivered to our home when completed. costs over all were very reasonable and service people are first class.

sales associate was very polite and professional located the vehicle that I was looking for with all the options I was looking for , had the vehicle ready in a short amount of time .

I will never buy a car from another dealership for three reasons the people, the pricing, and the fact they have access to more cars than anyone else. Dealt with ROBERT CAMPELLONE, on purchase of a Jeep Compass. Robert is a gentleman, and his demeanor dealing with people is an awesome experience, that I have witnessed and enjoyed. Stateline CJDR is a CLASS ACT employing a salesman like Robert Campellon.
