Poor communication and lack of answers

I have brought my Jeep in for 2 alignments and it still isn’t right. Also have been waiting on an answer on them fixing an issue with my headlights and keep getting a run around on how they “don’t know what they are going to do yet”. I’ve only had this vehicle for 3 weeks and wish I had purchased one from another dealer that actually stands behind their word and not one that tells you what you want to hear so you will do business with them and then gives you a run around.

Relaxed and productive

My experience with Stateline was a positive one. The entire staff was very helpful and attentive. All options were considered. Robert eas very professional and experienced.

Above and beyond superb service

Great, service, Ben went out of his way to accommodate my busy schedule. LJ went above and beyond to get me out the lot with something I wanted, and would make me happy, he also worked to get someone to give me a chance for financing, thanks to these two individuals I’m now in a great truck, and able to rebuild my credit.

Friendly and courteous staff

Looking around at other dealers , I found Stateline Jeep to be informative, responsive to my needs. As a result my expectations where met with everything that I wanted in a truck. Amazing experience at Stateline Jeep!

I had an awesome experience at Stateline Jeep with Walix. I came in excited looking for an upgrade and from the beginning Walix was helpful and attentive and worked with me the entire time to Get me into the perfect car for me. I went from a compass to a Grand cherokee and Walix assisted in showing me all the things I didn’t even know I needed in my upgrade, which was very helpful. All of the managers and salesmen were kind and I had an overall fantastic experience at Stateline. Walix was extremely professional and worked with me all night in order to get me what I needed and as a result I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and enjoyed my time spent at Stateline CDJR!

Good service

Not a long wait, friendly staff, quite a wide section of vehicles definitely like the new ram 1500 pickup trucks so much style mixed with work capability

Ben was great!!! We told him what we wanted and what we needed and he made it all happen plus bells and whistles! It was seriously the least stressful buying experience we have had!
