Great experience

Great experience would highly recommend this dealership to others! Ben helped a great amount and Al was very great in helping me find the right fit with the car I wanted at my budget standpoint. I will be back for the next one that’s for sure!

Leaseing a 2019 Ram Classic Express

Tom was very attentive to us as customers. He asked us what we were looking for and what type of budget would fit us. He was not pushy and that is a trait we look for in a salesperson. He worked within our parameters and we walked away with a new lease. We are both very happy and impressed with Tom. We initially met Walix when we arrived at the dealer. He was pleasant and was not pushy as he showed us around the lot. He was our liaison to Tom. Blake handled our financing process in a very smooth and efficient manner. He was patient with all of our questions and everything was explained to us in a very comfortable environment. With a staff in place such as the folks we dealt with at Stateline CJDR, we will be sure to be return customers.

Great Service.

Shaun and Jeff. Great to work with. We have 2 JL Wranglers. We are glad they are so close to our house. I had a nail in my tire and they took care of it for me on a drive in. Great Service Dept.

My time was not to long and good work was done on my vehicle

Top Notch Salesperson and Dealership

Robert was excellent and provided one of the best experiences I've ever had with a dealership. He was very attentive to my concerns and took the time to help find the right Ram 1500 for my needs. Unlike some other dealers, this dealership provided all of the discounts from Ram which gave me the best deal possible. They also gave me more than Kelly Blue Book value for my trade in. I'm very satisfied!

Used Jeep purchase

Good visit to purchase used Jeep 2016 Compass. Ben Ortiz did a good job explaining carfax reports etc. only issue was bank apr was misquoted. May need to fix at later date now by switching bank vendors.

Long wait.

Service dept overbooked. Packed waiting room. Sat on the floor. Over 1 hr wait after scheduled time for service. Not the friendliest staff. Unsure if we will return

Weird sounds

Brought my Cherokee in for a rotational sound. Called back 5 hours later and it was fixed. Great service, quick, just wish I would have gotten a call before I had called.
