I waited 7 days to get paperwork which meant had to get sticker that day whether I had time or not! I find this unsatisfactory and general manager e-mailed me and I sent him a return e-mail but he didn’t respond!

Agreed on a very good price prior to arrival with internet person, Ali and when I arrive manager Damon and salesman Jake made it happen. Finance person, Blake, was also very helpful and hooked me up with a great extended warranty.

Tom was very helpful when purchasing our new truck. He was eager to answer questions and made the transaction seamless. Tom is very friendly and knows his job well. Thank you so much, I am enjoying my new ride :)

Dealership was busy took a little while to get help but overall they are reasonable price and work with you to get what you need or want.

I had a good experience with my salesman Tom, the manager Damon and the business manager LJ. Got into a nice 2019 Ram classic and out of my Mercedes S class. We had a few laughs and I left with the deal I was looking for. Highly recommended!

Service staff was very professional and courteous. I was able to make an appointment the day before with ease. Also someone was there to help park and maneuver through the parking lot which is just a disaster full of cars. There is no where to park or move your vehicle. I don’t know any names if service staff who helped me during this visit.

Salesman was very helpful and went beyond what I asked ! He drove to providence to pick up the car at another dealership and when I decided to buy it he drove back to pick up the extra key I would buy my next car off of Walix!
