Too expensive and not upfront with cost

I went to the dealership to get a key programmed for my ram. I went to service and they sent me to parts. I was told the key was $175.00 and they would order it. I didn’t have an issuer with that even though I thought the price was high. I went the following day and picked up the key and the service desk said I needed it programmed. I went to the service desk and was told it was $80 to program the key. I was less than happy and wasn’t told there was a fee to program it. I expressed my displeasure and was told “I need to pay the technician.” I was left with no choice but to pay. If I was told this when I purchased it I would have went to a locksmith. Then when the programming took only 6 minutes I was even more frustrated. I feel ripped off and mislead. The reason for needing a key is because my factory key stopped working. I did all the manufacture recommendations including changing the battery. It felt like classic dealership service department rip off.

Great experience for service on an old car

My family's 14 yr old minivan needed its radiator replaced in a 24 hr turnaround due to a "no heat" condition. When I asked for a multipoint inspection of the underbody after the new radiator was installed, it was done without any questions asked. The service advisor was pleased to confirm the car would be "road worthy" for continued use. I was very satisfied with the positive outcome for the minivan & the service experience. Martha C.

Good customer service

Good service, quick but thorough work. Accurate wait time estimation. Friendly customer service. Asked to check additional things, they did so without suggesting I need to schedule additional services for it.

New vehicle purchase

In out quickly and look for what I wanted within excepted price range. Made sure all my needs were addressed and able to work on my timeline in getting after sale things accomplished. Jake was friendly and on point.

Was very pleasant

They treat you good and try to get you out in timely manner. Service department was excellent. They have coffee and drinks for free nice extra.

Not a good one

I had bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze and I’ve had it for about a month now. I just picked it up from the dealership (repairs being made) after the 3rd time of something going wrong. Ive had it for 5 minutes and my check engine just went on yet again and they will not extend my 90 warranty. DO NOT buy from here, only looking for money and to get you on your way no matter the state of the vehicle.
