The service dept. is great. They explain things very well in an easy to understand manner. One of the issues I have observed is the turnover in staff/advisors at the front desk. This makes it difficult to build a rapport with your customers and establish trust for customer service satisfaction. I do have to say that Shawn (I didn’t get a last name) a new advisor at your Somerset jeep really exemplified the customer service standards one would seek to accomplish. Thank you.

Sales
Our experience with the sales woman Heather Pereira was awesome and the general manager Brian was incredible and very accommodating..... I wish I could say the same for the rest of the management team, all in all my experience over there was awesome and I would most definitely recommend Heather and Brian to anyone interested in buying a car.

Not great
Spent more than a few minutes queuing in the service center while two service reps were typing away on a computer. Finally once they finished typing I was taken. Left my car all day for an oil change no one called to say it was done, I called the next day they said it was ready. At pickup they tried to charge me for a synthetic oil change eventhough my Jeep has NEVeR gotten synthetic oil. ( would have seen this if they reviewed my account been going to Somerset Jeep for 5 years). Although they didn’t charge the premium for synthetic oil I am still just dissspointed in the lack of attention to detail and forcing customers in the office to wait while typing away at the computer. Same thing happened when I went to pickup the car. Had to wait five minutes to talk to the rep just to pickup my car a day late!!! I hope they can turn this place around used to love going to Somerset Jeep, I don’t know about this new ownership group!

When I arrived at Stateline I was very clear as to what my expectation was and everyone involved in the process worked hard to get me the deal I wanted and was happy with!!! 5 Star experience!!!!!

Jeep purchase
Jake was great to work with. The experience was great. I had been to other Jeep dealerships and they could not deliver. Jake did in a day. I am still a little confused with the end price and how the residual is so hi after the lease term is up. Nobody could really give me a good answer. The lease payment x 36 + residual should = buy price on vehicle.

Excellent
Great dealership with lots of selection.they will do whatever they can to get you in the vehicle u want.Rob was an excellent saleman,not pushy in anyway,polite and very informative about the car i bought.im very happy i came here and will recommend Stateline in Somerset to anyone and everyone
