Awesome

Awesome Ben Ortiz was very professional in the way he communicated with me. He listened to my concerns about the lease I had and was able to find the vehicle which suited my needs and requests. Well Done Ben!!!!

Brand new lease and the salesman Walix was phenomenal.

Walix went out of his way to satisfy my every request. Can’t say enough! We drove back to the storage lot 3 times so I could look at different models.

Sales and Service

Just bought a new 2019 ram Longhorn had the best experience Salesman Ben Ortiz was the best ,honest got me the best deal around called multiple dealers Stateline in Somerset was the Cheapest got the deal done and I was driving the same day the sales team is great ,The Service team was also great , I was greeted by the Shop Forman Jeff sent me to a reputable salesman that took great care of me very knowledgeable taught me everything about the vehicle This dealer is highly recommended

Great service, but the price..

..is less than desirable. Went in for "90k mile service" after being quoted $4-500 during my last oil change. Service included air filter, belt, fuel system cleanse, oil change, and brake fluid. Price tag was almost $1000 including almost $700 for labor. These are all things I can do myself but for convenience have done at a mechanic. There is no way this service needed 6+ hours to complete and yet my vehicle was there from 8am to 5pm.

Poor communication

Car went in for service need to order part said it would be in 3-5 days they never called I called a week later left a detailed message and never returned my call I called again person on phone was rude said part was in made appointment for service never heard from them when my car was ready I had to call again never had this problem when it was Somerset Chrysler

Quick service, but not so quick loaner

When we decided on a date to bring my car in Stateline told me I could have a loaner vehicle for the day and I would be covered. Thankfully I dropped my son off at school before bringing my car in because they told me a loaner would be out shortly, but after 15 minutes without notice, Enterprise was there to pick me up and bring me to Fall River for a rental which costed me an additional 40 minutes I didn’t plan for. I find stateline very reliable but I wish I could have been guaranteed a loaner or told ahead of time Enterprise would be involved so I can plan ahead.

Great customer service

Went in for an oil change and received some repair work that was covered by my warranty. I wasn't sure if anything was covered but they checked it out to make sure. Great customer service

I recently leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Stateline the salesperson was Walix Dexaus, he was able to get us the exact vehicle we wanted. He was professional and courteous throughout the process. Fast friendly service!

My visit to replace a battery in my jeep went smoothly. The service department was friendly and they had the Battery in stock. I was in and out in 30 minutes. And the final invoice was less expensive than originally quoted.
