I worked with Benny and he was amazing! So nice and very open to working with me. The business office rep was also great at working with me. This was the best experience I've had actually when purchasing a new car. It was also one of the fastest experiences. It started Monday night when I walked in with some questions and ended Tuesday night when I walked out having signed all the paperwork for my new Jeep. I do have to say, on the first day when I walked in wearing ripped jeans, an oversized flannel and a tee shirt, I did feel like I wasn't being taken seriously, and it took the third or fourth person I walked by to acknowledge me. Then on Tuesday when I came, having just gotten out of work, dressed in a button down and slacks, the attitude seemed to have changed drastically. My only negative take away is the old "don't judge a book by its cover" montra. But honestly other than that, everyone was so helpful and willing to work with my budget to get me what I wanted. Walked away a very satisfied customer.

Went in for tire pressure light issue. As with previous visits for oil change, manufacturer recall, etc. the service was superb. Was greeted politely, respectfully and length of wait was very minimal.

It was great no problem at all would buy again in future and to service my Jeep Walix was great to work with I have no complaints

They had what I needed at a reasonable price. The sale was completed quickly and everyone there was courteous and accommodating. My salesman Jake did a good job.

Stateline is a great dealership to get your next vehicle. The process was fast an easy. I chose my vehicle and had all the paperwork signed in an hour and a half. Walix was very courteous and took his time explaining the process. I will definitely be going there for all my cars.

Just didn’t understand why there was no title for the car I purchased. I had to wait over a week to get the car. But was very satisfied that they did have the car delivered to me.
