Expensive and Unxlear About Time for Repair
My appointment for a “check engine light” on my 2016 Jeep was at 8:30am. I had to keep asking questions to be a better informed consumer about my repair over more than an hour and a half, I decided to wait, no car was offered for me to use to return home by myself. It was getting close to noontime when a ride home and pick me up when car was ready. I decided to take the ride home. This especially was my decision after the manager accused me of harassing the service center people by asking them questions about what was going on with the repair ( if hoses needed replacement ; why was my car going to take 3.5 hours to replace a thermostat etc) ) The men in the customers service were great, patiently answered all my questions , and were polite. There was no coffee nor waiting room comfort s either. Next, the manager named Don approached me, raised his voice and kept saying things that were aggressively disrespectful. I felt extremely uncomfortable by this managers tone of voice, what he said to me that was not true,( he was not present during this endurance test of waiting hours for a repair ) and went outside in the rain to get away from him. My car was not ready till 3:45pm !

great service
great service it took 2 visits to fix the problem but they were very accommodating the only real problem was that the lot really is horrible to park and get around in

Excellent, very satisfied
The service department staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Fixed the problem which was significant. I was very worried how my car would run afterwards but it seems perfect.

Great service in the promised time
Clean location with polite employees. I Was able to make an appointment right away at a time that worked well for me and my vehicle was finished at the promised time (very important to me because i was using my lunch break to have my vehicle serviced)

Unhappy
I feel like I was taken advantage of. When I got their my wipers and rear defrost worked. When I left, they didn't and they claim it wasn't anything they did. Mind you, they had to rewire something so my wires where messed around with. I will never go again!!

From the moment you arrive everyone is so friendly. Arnie our salesman was great and helpful. He took the time to explain the features of our new Jeep. We couldn't have ask for a better experience.

Jamiel made our search easy.
We had been to a few dealerships but couldn’t find what we wanted in our budget. Jamiel was easy to talk to, gave us exactly what we wanted, and it was a very smooth process. Recalls
O received a call from your East Providence customer representative Alaaide who informed me that there were 3 recalls on my 2015 Ram 1500. She asked me if I would like to make an appointment at my earliest convenience, which I did. Now I knew about 1 of the recalls, but did not receive the other notices until the day after the services were performed. This is also when I found out that the app for the Ram toolbox was upgraded and when I did that 1 of the recalls was there. Talk about timing. The new service rep, Sean was very helpful.
