My car needed service so I called the dealership, BMW South Austin, and arranged to have them pick up my vehicle and leave a loaner. My service advisor, Calvin Medrano, reached out to let me know the car had been serviced but would need another day to effects a minor repair. All in all, great customer focused service.

I had to go in because my 2025 X5 molded pieces on the rocker panels were loose. Upon repair the tech actually damaged the driver panel with the clamping tool. They then had to replace the entire driver rocker panel piece and then paint. I picked it up on my lunch break & realized when I got it home that the driver door was making a noise upon opening. We realized it was sitting on the panel itself and running back and forth. I called and spoke to service director and he sent Jose Barbosa to my house to fix it. Jose was able to fit the rocker panel back in correctly. He was very professional, went out of his way to check the fluids in my car and ensure the work was done at the top level. I had lost faith in BMW South Austin and was concerned about BMW vehicles but after working with Jose he has restored my faith!

I’ve bought three BMWs from BMW of South Austin and each time I worked with Michael McKenery to find the perfect match for me and my family’s needs. He is attentive and takes great care in asking probing questions while answering the difficult ones. I have probably looked at 20 different cars on their lot and Michael grabbed the keys and walked through each of them under the hot Texas sun, always eager to please the customer while still reminding the customer of the pros and cons to each vehicle we visited. He is the only one my family will work with in the future based on his professionalism and attentiveness to the familiy’s needs. Thank you
