I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND please save yourself the time

I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND please save yourself the time and rth headache , the sales staff failed to get their part of the job done with paperwork , payment , information ect . Had to come in 3 times because they failed to get what they needed due to how fast they were trying to push a sale on a car . Then threatened to reverse the sales transaction. This was the most ridiculous, stressful experience I have ever had . Never again will I buy another car from kia .

I highly recommend to go to another car dealer ship do to the fact of the hassle you will go through because the sales staff can't accomplish their tasks as an employee . Horrible

The best experience

Gabe (Oreo) was very personable, he gently nudged me into a decision, but did not seem pushy or deceptive in any way. He understood my needs, considered my limitations and overwhelmed me with suitable outcome

Buyer Beware very unprofessional

Unprofessional I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your next vehicle or service appointment. I bought a car with extremely squeaky breaks and bad routers. They did not fix the brakes because they must have passed their test. My car salesman quit days after selling me a car.I had to make my own appointment to have them look at the brakes and no one would help me get it in sooner. I brought my car in early in the morning and the service rep sitting behind his desk said they were too busy to look at my car but he stated “squeaky brakes are normal and it says so in the owners manual” I was then instructed to go to a car wash and try to spray water in through the tires to the brakes as dust may have gotten on the makes causing them to squeak. It’s been two months because I am not able to leave my car here for 7days to have the service department look at it. It takes about a month and half to get an appointment. I am here today about 10 weeks after buying the car and I literally have no faith they are going to help me out at all. I will be going elsewhere for services on this vehicle. !!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!

Service was great.

I took my vehicle in for routine maintenance. The rep. Karen was very pleasant to work with and I was not there for a very long time. Getting an appointment was quick and they took my vehicle in as soon as I got there.

I brought my 2022 Kia telluride into the service

I brought my 2022 Kia telluride into the service department for 3 recalls. Upon returning my vehicle a Russel in service wrecked the right side of my vehicle into the service bay wall. I never heard from a manager, I had to call and ask for one but was always connected to Russel, the person who wrecked the car. He was a poor communicator and had no attention to detail. 2 weeks after car had been there they said it was ready. When we went to pick the car up the paint did not match the rest of the car. It was not ready. It then took 4 weeks to be fixed. It was returned to me with paint splatters on the inside that no one checked, I was told 6 people checked the car before it left the lot. I do not believe that unless they all can’t see. The manager was rude, a poor communicator and had no attention to detail. This experience has been the absolute worst. I will not go back or ever drive a Kia again.

Kia Carnival EX - MSRP is $38,700.

Kia Carnival EX - MSRP is $38,700. They listed it on their site at $40,190, already marked up. They tried to sell it to me for $49,360 before taxes. With a 10.5% interest rate even though my credit is perfect. They said we should focus on the monthly payment. Very deceptive and dishonest. I don't know how this is even legal for them to do.

I recently bought my 2020 Kia Forte from Towbin Kia ,

I recently bought my 2020 Kia Forte from Towbin Kia , Henderson. I worked with Devante and his team. My salesman Victor did a great job assisting with the financing and the sales aspect of the purchase. Nice job Victor. I had to Bring my car back because we discover that one of the back windows didn’t go down. So I brought it back and Russell in the service department was more than happy to assist. When Devante arrived, he made sure that window was fixed as well as having my car taken to be detailed , since it was not done on the date of purchase because it was raining. Devante even went above and beyond to put my seat covers and steering wheel cover on. I was so greatful, because I know that this was not part of his job description. I just want to thank his team for the service that I received. I would recommend Towbin Kia (Henderson) to anyone.
