Walked in with 5 cars on my wish list that I researched that were in my price point, paying cash. No exaggeration, first thing out of their mouth was, “we have a $2000 dealer fee that can’t be waived and we don’t negotiate on price”. I read the reviews and should not have wasted my time with this place. They say the $2000 markup is listed on the description, but I didn’t see it so it must be hidden very well. All good reviews are likely employee friends making it sound decent.

Avoid this dealership at all costs! I called and spoke to the sales manager about a specific car in stock. She confirmed it was available, and I told her I’d be driving seven hours from Arizona to buy it that same day. She promised to call me back with numbers—never did. I called three times while on the road, and each time, I was told she was ‘doing some runs’ and would call me back. She never did. After the long drive, I arrived only to be told the car had just been sold. To make matters worse, they sneak in a mandatory $1,900 charge for an alarm system on Teslas—something the car already has built-in—which isn’t disclosed on their website. Whatever price you see online, add $1,900. Total waste of time and a shady business practices!

I'm not even sure if this place is for real or a joke. Called multiple times and talked to someone when I could get through, but no one ever called back. The service manager name is Deb, Debra or Debbie. Not sure, she never called back. After yelping this dealership i saw they had 219 one star reviews. I would recommend running from this place. I think it's a scam

How are they in business? No call backs, or reply to emails, messages. Drove an hour to be ignored. Was ready to buy TODAY! Not even a "Hi we'll be with you in a min" I knew it was too good to be true. 2020 Sorento, 56,000 miles for 11k. From walking around looking at the cars my gut tells me salvage cars not reported as such. Thanks everyone for your reports, I was ready to keep trying tomorrow. Glad I decided to check this. Since when does a car sales person NOT return your call? LOL

I'm Glad I read the reviews, I have called premium several times and no sales agent has ever helped me out. I have had 3 appointments and when I get there. I'm told I don't have an appointment. One time I was told I cant drive a Telsa model 3 unless I'm going to buy it by young lady that works there.

I was interested in buying a car from this dealership. I did see the reviews before moving forward so I proceeded with caution. Front line staff are helpful and friendly. I talked to a salesperson and told them I wanted to buy one of their cars at asking price. They told me they charge a mandatory $2,000 car theft package. This raises the price $2k. I told them I didn't want it or need because I have insurance to cover theft. They said if you don't buy this product you can't buy the car. Perhaps they only do this on some cars I don't know. I find it is misleading to advertise a price then force the consumer to buy something extra to get the car. I will buy a car elsewhere.

Stay away from this dealership. My son turned 18 and decided to buy his first BMW from this dealership. Not only did they sell him a lemon but did not want to help him or fix the car for him. So the car sat in the driveway for 5 years until. I put the money out of my own pocket to fix the car which it was A. Filth filter and they stole his key at the dealersdip. This place will rob you. Please be very careful.

All the NEGATIVE reviews are TRUE!!! Before making the 1.5 hr trip, we verified with Bridgett ( marketing service) that the car we're interested in was still available. Upon arrival, we were told the car was no longer available! We were offered other available options which we consider unacceptable. To be fair, the salesman was nice enough and was apologetic. Was cussing Bridgett all through the 2 hr trafficked drive back! I would not recommend this to my enemy!

I was well aware of the negative reviews about this dealership. As it turns out they are unprofessional and incompetent. My salesman Alberto Flores lost his phone which can happen. I left numerous messages for him to give me a call after my loan was approved for a week. I guess he lost his email address also. He finally text me after a week later and stated "I have not heard from you." No apology just narcissistic behavior. After this experience, it was only right my deposit was given back to me but I am still waiting. STAY CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!
