The horrible reviews are justified.

The horrible reviews are justified. Very shady people. They list cars at low prices and when you go in they tell you that's the price after tax rebates which not everyone qualifies for anyway. Don't waste your time with them

Two days, no response.

Two days, no response. I think they are not a real dealership and are trying to scam and collect data. Otherwise it’s just not logical. I have had the experience as all the other reviews.

We called to make sure the car was there then drove from San Diego to Norco. When asking about the car they told us when they sell a call they charge a mandatiory $2000 anti theft fee? Classic bate and switch. I wish I could file a bigger complain with authorities.

Absolutely horrible customer service.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Refused to provide me a print out of the taxes and fees so I could see what they were adding into the cost. I finally learned they were including a $2k markup for an “anti-theft device” on a used car which they claim they would never sell a car without and refused to remove from the price. Total scam and unfriendly staff.

Came twice to this place.

Came twice to this place. Both times skipped over for there friends coming in. I have a 2025 cx5 trade in premium wanted to go electric and these two girls trying to run the place. Waste of time and what liars about no haggle. They were rude about these hidden charges and misleading prices when they just are lies everything about this place is a lie. I don’t know if I’ve trusted a car here ever adding an extra $2000 which is just gonna go in your pocket is sickening. Just admit it you don’t put it there because it’s a hidden fee. It’s misleading representing and really should be fined for it. Outside looks great of this place inside. Looks like a dump in that personalities reflect that.

Walked in with 5 cars on my wish list that I researched

Walked in with 5 cars on my wish list that I researched that were in my price point, paying cash. No exaggeration, first thing out of their mouth was, “we have a $2000 dealer fee that can’t be waived and we don’t negotiate on price”. I read the reviews and should not have wasted my time with this place. They say the $2000 markup is listed on the description, but I didn’t see it so it must be hidden very well. All good reviews are likely employee friends making it sound decent.

Avoid this dealership at all costs!

Avoid this dealership at all costs! I called and spoke to the sales manager about a specific car in stock. She confirmed it was available, and I told her I’d be driving seven hours from Arizona to buy it that same day. She promised to call me back with numbers—never did. I called three times while on the road, and each time, I was told she was ‘doing some runs’ and would call me back. She never did. After the long drive, I arrived only to be told the car had just been sold. To make matters worse, they sneak in a mandatory $1,900 charge for an alarm system on Teslas—something the car already has built-in—which isn’t disclosed on their website. Whatever price you see online, add $1,900. Total waste of time and a shady business practices!

I'm not even sure if this place is for real or a joke.

I'm not even sure if this place is for real or a joke. Called multiple times and talked to someone when I could get through, but no one ever called back. The service manager name is Deb, Debra or Debbie. Not sure, she never called back. After yelping this dealership i saw they had 219 one star reviews. I would recommend running from this place. I think it's a scam
