Went here to check out a car that was for sale. At first everything was all good, but then it took a turn for the worst. I placed a deposit to hold the car since I was going to come back after some repairs were done. I called back two days later (within the cancelation policy) and asked if I could cancel it as I no longer could get the car. I was told they could do that and it would be brought over to the sales manager the next day. Come the next week, I am reached out to asking when I will come get my car and I informed them I called to cancel it last week. I was told that the car is already booked and the finance has already gone through and that I have to come get the car and pay the down payment. I was shocked and tried to reason that I called to cancel the week before and was told it would get taken care of, yet I received nothing but rude responses. I was told that I should have called the sales person directly and not the dealership itself, that I should have been "smarter" about this. So in the end, I called in to have it cancelled, been lied to that it would, told I should have been "smarter" so essentially calling me stupid, when I went in there trusting the dealership and the sales people. Horrible place that once a bump in the road shows up they wont do anything to help you and blame you for it. Not worth your time.

Bad vibes. For sure listen to the people. Will never buy here or from any shady establishment that has 1 star rating. Buyer beware

This dealership had very poor communication and added a very big non optional fees. Stay far far away. This place should not be in business.

Fake dealerships or a place that is ready to scam anyone out of $$$. I called after receiving an email and then tried texting and received links that were scamming. After calling, the male answered with a weird tone and I said hello, then he followed with laughs. Beware of this business

Called to inquire about a Lexus and the guy on the phone was a total xxxxxx. I was ready to buy and drive 100 miles to check out the car but due to his unprofessionalism I will never set foot in that dealership.

I’m glad I didn’t get the bmw M4 that they were selling. I called and called about being helped about this vehicle and they literally have women answer the phone without any knowledge what so ever about the car lmao it’s like do y’all even know what your selling? Not only that they keep transferring me to a “sales associate” only to transfer me again and again and the call goes no where. Horrible service don’t shop here.
