They sell salvage titles. Wasted 3 hours before they mentioned it. Place is a junk yard.

Been trying to reach the dealer regarding a vehicle and never get any answer besides ai and nothing further. Not sure how this dealer sells any cars besides if you walk in and who knows if even that happens.

As soon as I off the phone with them asking for an OTD price, i got spammed by 3 different phone numbers. Called back by their AI and then put on hold, only to be told that no agent was available.

Ugh. What a nightmare. Just reading the reviews should tell you everything. One star just for having to be subjected to their listings 🤦‍♂️

I am in active pursuit and their ratings are terrible. Dealers that are not forthright are no better than your average scammer.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM PREMIUM AUTOS! This place is a straight-up scam operation running textbook bait-and-switch fraud. I showed up to look at a car they swore was ready, but it was sitting there with a pathetic 2% charge. It got worse. The tires were completely bald, yet these clowns had the nerve to pack the invoice with fake security fees and a literal charge for "premium air." Absolute highway robbery! The car itself was a rolling death trap. The second I started it, the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. The airbag light was glaring, a BMS alert popped up, and the screen screamed "see dealer immediately." The battery health was completely shot, which instantly forced the car into limp mode. It couldn't even drive right! When I demanded answers, this salesperson "Bill" just stood there repeating the same robotic, scripted nonsense. FYI, when you call in, Mark is an AI bot. Premium Autos is selling overpriced, broken junk and trying to scam you on the backend. Do not give these fraudsters a single penny!.....The icing on the cake was the CA back taxes owed for $1900 on license fees. Soooooo glad I went elsewhere.

Can’t get a hold of anyone. Texting was with an AI, I asked to speak to a person and it tells me to call. I call and get an AI. I asked for a person to call me back and no one ever did. Tried replying to an email and no response either.

THE WORST CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. I WALKED IN AT 11:30 BELIEVING I HAD AN APPT WITH "MARK" WHO I THOUGHT I HAD SPOKEN WITH AT LENGTH TO UNDERSTAND WHY THIS WAS A PARTICULARLY DIFFICULT PROCESS. I WALKED IN TO A "CATTLE CALL" TYPE SETTING WITH WITHOUT SEATING UNAVAILABLE FILLED WITH PEOPLE OSTENSIBLY WAITING TO BE HELPED. I ASKED A COUPLE OF PEOPLE HOW TO LOCATE MY SALESMAN AND WAS TOLD SEE THE RECEPTIONIST. THERE WAS NO RECEPTIONIST WHO HAD SETEPPED OOUT FOR A MINUTE. A HELPFUL COUPLE WAITING ADVISED ME TO SIGN IN ON THE APPT SHEET. AS IT TURNED OUT, SHE WAS AT LUNCH. WHEN SHE RETURNED, I EXPLAINED I HAD AN APPT WITH "MARK" 15 MINUTES PRIOR AND HE WAS A NO SHOW. THE RECEPTIONIST THEN TOLD ME TO SIGN IN LIKE THE DR'S A OFFICE AND THE NEXT AVAILABLE SALESMAN WOULD HELP ME IN THE ORDER ON THE SIGN SHEET. i SAID I THOUGHT I HAD A CONFIRMED APPT AT 11:30 RECEIVED SEVERAL MSGS AT MY PREVIOUS APPT CONFIRMING MY APPT, REQUESTING A CALL IF I WOULD BE DELAYED! THE FINAL STRAW WAS WHEN I WAS TOLD THAT "MARK" WAS AN AI GENERATED NON PERSON WITH WHOM ID BEEN CONVERSING FOR A WEEK! THIS IS FRAUD ANT ITS LOWEST LEVEL, BUSINESS INCOMPETENCE AT ITS WORST AND THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I THOUGH I WAS IN THE TWILIGHT ZONE WHEN I LEFT UNTIL I ARRIVED AT MY NEXT APPOINTMENT TO AN ORGANIZED WELCOMING SHOWROOM WITH SPACE, BUSINESSLIKE ATMOSPHERE INSPIRING CONFIDENCE AND COURTESY BEYOND THE ROUTINE TYPE. I BOUGHT THE CAR I WANTED WITHIN AN HOUR, HAD IT SHIPPED TO THAT SHOWROOM AND WILL PICK IT UP TODAY. I HAVE AND WILL CONTINUE TO TELL EVERYONE I ENCOUNTER WHO IS EVEN CONSIDERING A CAR PURCHASE TOAVOID THE xxxxxxx, FRAUDULENT AND LOWLIFE DEALERSHIP ENTITLES PREMIUM AUTOS.
