I was hoping to leave with a Truck today!!!

Met with a salesperson this morning to look for a NEW 2022 CHEVROLET COLORADO LT FOUR WHEEL DRIVE CREW CAB. There internet website shows Millennium Chevrolet Dealership price at $40,160. There MSRP was $41,310.00. The salesperson offer me $41,310.00 for the Truck, not in stock, in Transit - VIN# 1GCGTCEN1N1278631. I showed him the internet on my computer than he offer on $40,560. Haggling is not my cup of tea. This prices are 3 to 5 percent over MSRP PRICE. Not a great experience. No effort in negotiation with the salesperson, he seem not interest especially in the end of month SALE. My honest opinion the dealership management should not have let me walk out, I had cash and was hoping to leave with a truck today. I will just go to other dealership and hope to find a good deal. Not happy.. Rich

Service Dept. never again

A few month back after I purchased a vehicle took it for service worst experience I was told there was wires hanging and bulbs all over which was a lie then I was told a $400 fee for diagnostic that’s besides the work of there was any I didn’t let them do any work but the $400 fee for diagnostics was due I told them I’m not paying I want to to speak to the service mgr. supposedly was in a meeting and he said I didn’t have to pay. I left now I deal with Major Chevrolet big difference friendly and polite and there’s no charge for diagnostics and they ask you if you want to do the work if you decline there’s no fee.

Service department

I took my truck for service worst experience DON’T trust the service dept. I left my truck on a Wednesday I was told it was going to be there the rest of the day. On Thursday I got a call saying that the so called mechanic said there was wires, fuses, bulbs all a over that it will take 5 hours to remove it I told them he’s lying the valet didn’t see it I told them send me pictures they never did so I picked up my truck I asked show me weres all the things he said they stood quiet then they were charging me almost $400 for diagnostics which I refuse I asked to speak with the manager then they said he’s busy he said there’s no charge. What a coincidence at the same time they told me they had no loaner and refuse to cover half of a rental so I called GM they were very helpful now I opened a case Inside my glove box I have a brand new set of fuses closed and in my center counsel I have new led bulbs which are not opened so this so called mechanic was searching thru my stuff which I did report it. Never again Sales person though is great just don’t trust the service dept. lesson learned.

Bad sales tactics

No parking anywhere. Wanted to get a trail blazer for my son and the salesman actually asked my if I really wanted to do that. He was very rude about it. Then disappeared to help another customer.

Amazing

Steve Siegel is the MVP of the season. And Jim from finance is the Cy young winner. Phenomenal service, down to earth fellas. This place was a truly a gem.

Oil Change / Tire rotation

The worst! Car sat for an hour because service advisor didn't tell mechanic it was here. Then didn't rotate the tires. Who knows if they even changed the oil. The oil reminder light was reset but that can be done anytime. This place is the worst for sales and service.

BEWARE of Dishonest Pricing

We didn’t even set foot in the dealership. Read on to find out why you shouldn’t bother, either. In search of a new-to-us vehicle, one expects the price advertised here to be the actual price. Let’s say you have a budget of $10k, you want a car to be posted on cars.com with the real price, whether you’re financing or paying cash. I understand a $695 dealer processing fee in the fine print. I get it. Dealers charge fees. I don’t understand a $2k markup for the “privilege” of going into debt (and paying thousands more in financing over the long term) and I certainly cannot fathom that the cash price is $5k higher than the advertised price here on cars.com, which is over $4k higher than KBB value. I want to buy a car from a dealer who is upfront with honest pricing from the second I press the search button, not one who tries to be honest after the fact, who tells me that the [absurd] cash price is advertised on their website. What’s the point of listing dishonest prices here other than to frustrate the savvy consumer and prey on those who don’t have the privilege of the time to save money to pay cash, to research actual vehicle values, and to look into the dealers who are selling them? When questioned about their predatory advertising scheme, the sales manager told me over the phone he wouldn’t want anyone to buy a vehicle if they weren’t comfortable with the process. Indeed, no one should be comfortable with Millennium’s process.

Another Shady Dealer

I tried to buy a car here but they load in so many hidden fees that the prices quickly exceed their vehicles values. They advertise a lower price, but when you show up/read the details you can see how they want you to put a additional 3-6k down on the car plus all the other bs fees they can make up and forcing to finance with them. Run away from this total scam.

Very bad customer service

I tried to get a price for 2020 Suburban without getting finance thru dealer, they couldn't give me. I didn't like to forced to be financed with them since I could manage my own. They have no idea what they are selling for and and how much. Not a good experience at all
