After months of looking for a reasonably priced, used vehicle in good condition, we found one at HGreg. They were fast and nice. Rodney helped us with our car, and he was very friendly, I am glad we had the experience with him, I felt comfortable with him. The gentleman who helped us with the paperwork was also so so sweet! If I had to give any criticism, it would be that when we arrived, there were many employees working and just on their phones and goofing around, it felt unprofessional, it was okay, but it felt like we were hanging out in a high school classroom. When we arrived, the girls at the front seemed confused as to why we were there and I almost walked out the door, but I’m glad we didn’t. Overall, our experience was mostly positive, we got a good car, at a great price, our salesman Rodney was very sweet, and we had quick service!
