the car was a bait
I requested information about a specific car I have found on cars.com posted by HGreg Orlando. Instead of an answer I received a text message asking if I were interested in other cars as well or only this specific one. I answered, that I am interested in this one. No response! Hours later I called the number who has sent me the message. The lady told me that the car has been sold. The next day I started looking for cars again and I found the car again. I called HGreg and wanted to talk to a manager. No one answered the phone where I was transferred to. I call this fraud and I will for sure not do any business with this company.

Hi Hanns, thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to hear the vehicle you were interested in was sold to another customer. We have over 300+ employees simultaneously working with the same inventory, and it is common for two customers be in interested in the same vehicle. If you are still in the market for a vehicle, and would like to give us another opportunity, please email me at mateo@hgreg.com. Thank you.
Extremely poor service.
My process has been a nightmare. In early April, I began contacting HGreg and other dealers to purchase an Infiniti QX30. I didn't have much luck finding the right vehicle, so I eventually came back around to HGreg even though I had received next to no communication, and was not getting responses to my emails. In late April, I found exactly the vehicle I wanted in HGreg's inventory. I attempted again to contact them, eventually speaking with an agent and putting in an application. After waiting a week and hearing nothing back about the application, I contacted HGreg (which I had to do repeatedly) until I finally got a manager. I was then told I had to fill out **another** application, and the manager I spoke with was incredibly rude and short with me as if it was my fault I had called in multiple times and spoken with multiple people. I made it clear to the manager that I was in a hurry to buy a car and had been waiting to work with someone for some time. I was finally given an agent. I should make it clear at this point that the car I found was **exactly** what I was looking for, so I was reluctant to let it go. I have been working with the same agent since early May. I have repeatedly made it clear that I was in a hurry to purchase as I needed the vehicle for work. It is now June 3rd, and after a series of hang-ups, delays and other unfortunate "mistakes" I am still waiting to go pick up the vehicle. I have paid the deposit, I have signed the documents, I have set up and paid the insurance in advance. All of this is meaningless, because my car is sitting in their lot as they tell me (since last FRIDAY - a week now) that they are just waiting for the bank to fund the purchase. I was told yesterday (6/2) that I would be able to pick up the car today. This morning I was told that I can't pick up the car today and they'll let me know when I can. At this point I have to very seriously weigh my options as to whether or not I need to cancel the purchase. The customer service has been absolutely horrible. I do not get calls or texts back in a timely fashion, in some cases not even hearing back the same day. DO NOT BUY FROM HGREG. It is not worth the hassle. I intended to have this purchase completed in APRIL, and I've been sitting with my hands in my lap for nearly two months at this point.

Cars but not ready to sale
Simple I called 2 weeks in a row about one car. Not ready is the only answer I got. I’ll never do business with these people.

DO NOT BUY HERE!
This dealership is completely unorganized and inconsiderate! I made an appointment a day prior to come inspect a vehicle I liked and I called the day of to verify everything was good for my appointment, the sales representative advised yes. I drove two hours, just for them to tell me the vehicle was sold the night prior!!! A complete waste of my time…

Horrible
I would like to take the time to inform all those that are considering purchasing from HGREG a clear warning of what to expect with your car buying experience. If I could have given this business no stars, that would have been suitable for the type of treatment and lack of professionalism I received when purchasing my vehicle. The ONLY reason I decided to get the car is because it had the specs I wanted, and the price was decent. I WILL NOT recommend this dealer to anyone going forward. To begin, I’d like to state that I have extensive knowledge on the operations of buying, selling, and financing a vehicle, home, or loan due to being a financial representative at a major bank. I am utterly disgusted by the poor level of knowledge and service that is issued by the employees and management staff here. First, I spoke to an internet sales rep and told him in the beginning that I had a pre-approval from my bank. He said great when can you come in? We set an appointment for later that day and I arrived promptly. When I arrived at the designated time, I was greeted with hostility and an attitude as if I were a bother. After sitting down and disusing the pre-approval, I was told that they could not accept the offer letter. I was dumbfounded. Stricken with confusion, I ask exactly why not? This is funded by Navy federal. The representative proceeds to snatch the paperwork from my hand and told me that they need the document so they can further review it. I politely ask for my personal documents back and inform him that he can examine the documents after I test drive the car and give the approval for quality of the vehicle. I have not given conformation for purchase. I would need the proper steps to be taken as to service plans or warranty. I also ask the rep to refrain from removing things from my hands without permission. The representative calls his “sales manager” over. He also greets me with hostility and spoke to me with such a condescending tone stating again that they won’t accept the offer from Navy Federal. At this point, I gather my things and I begin to leave. As I am leaving the sales rep yells ‘’we don’t hold vehicles.’’ I proceed to walk out. I later get a call that says that I should come back tomorrow, and they may have the car available. I tell them that I’m going to review my other options due to the manner in which I was treated. The following day the sales reps reaches out to me again and asks if I still want the car? I tell him that I will be back when I have the time. I decide to go back that following night and as soon as I walk through the door the rep says, “where’s the check?” I request to have a different sales rep assist me and they refuse to have another individual assist me even though I tell the sales manager how uncomfortable and disrespected I felt with the initial interaction. The manager say no you must finish with who you started with. At the end of it all, they could in fact use my preapproved financing but they wanted to pressure me into running my credit unnecessarily and force me into a loan with one of their in house lenders. They did not want to take the time to allow me a test drive and I had to demand that I drive the car. The car was not cleaned on the inside and they refused to wash the vehicle even after I purchased it. Overall this experience was unspeakably tragic and to those that are looking for a vehicle, HGREG should be the absolute last resort. Managers name is (George ) the associate’s name is (Mauricio)

Worse customer service
Put in a finance application for a car to not speak to a finance manager. I've had way better experiences at Off Lease Only and Carmax. They need to hire some folks or get assistants for the finance managers.

Tricky
Once you bought the car, you are done, no more customers services. They don't pickup your call or respond to your messages. You are on your own, made a request of copy of all paperworks and loan, they made it so tough to do so.
