Horrible
Worst experience I have ever had with a vehicle. I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime various cars and motorcycles and I have never had a negative experience until dealing with HGreg. First I received a message thanking me for my review, but I never gave a review. Secondly, I contacted them because the instrument cluster on the 2017 Jaguar F-Pace I bought from them stopped working the first time it was left out in the sun all day. Contacted the service department and never recieved a call back. Long story short it cost me $2221 to have it fixed and my trade in was gone by then. This was the 4th day with the car. On that same day I called earlier and asked if I could get my e-pass transponder from my trade in and they said it was gone, I asked if they could check to see it was gone, they said sure put me on hold for 20 minutes came back and said it was gone and hung up. Only problem was I never even got a chance to tell them what my vehicle was so what car where they even looking for. I was sold a service plan for my vehicle that is completely worthless as it only covers up to 85 dollars of the service at a 6000 mile intervals but my car's service intervals are at 20K and cost around 600 dollars. When I bought the car it had 60,633 miles so it was due for the 60000 mile service. I called and asked if they had done the service and they said it should have been done. I asked if they could verify, they said yes. They put me on hold and came back and told me to email the service department. I asked them what the email address was and they just responded the service department. I explained that if I was going to have to send an email I would need an email address to send it to. The person then put me on hold again, which led me to believe I was being blown off again. He came back on the line and gave me an email address for an Elliot Rios, he said that person was the service manager. I have sent four emails to him within the last three days and still haven't gotten a response. Confirming my original opinion that they were blowing me off again. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GOOD CAR OR GOOD SERVICE, DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER!

Nena is Amazing!!!
Nena is amazing! It felt like I was talking to a close friend throughout the buying process. She explained everything in a thorough way without it being overwhelming. She’s warm and inviting! You will love her and enjoy the buying process if you do your deal with Nena. I was going to purchase my car from Carvana but HGreg had an amazing price on the Mini that I wanted. It was $7k cheaper with more options! Ask for Nena when you take the plunge and buy a new vehicle. You won’t regret it!!

Something is wrong with these people.
Out of their minds. Never had a worst customer service experience. Rude over the phone and disrespectful in constantly transferring my call to be ignored anyway. Called back several times and the lady that answered hung up on me. There was no issue or anything for this to even occur. The upside is at that time I was still working a 9-5. Since then I've been running my own business and I take my money to dealerships that actually values customers.

0 stars! Nothing but issues since buying a 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan in September. Before purchasing, they agreed to fix sensors on the vehicle so I set up an appt to return it the following week. I was told it would take a couple hours and it turned into WEEKS to fix with barley any communication or explanation during that time. I now just had to replace all 4 tires already because it supposedly has been out of alignment since purchasing and the trailing arm is rusted out from an accident shown on the CARFAX when I was told everything from the accident was fixed prior to purchase. They don't answer the phone or return calls and they simply do no not care when you do get someone to speak to. Having to spend thousands of dollars in repairs on a vehicle that had only 4,000 miles at the time of purchase is a shame!

Hgreg Orlando, Better than a dealership
Marcos at HGreg Orlando helped us every step of the way. He explained all the policies before anything else. There was never even a need to negotiate prices because HGreg only has 1 Dealership fee. Other dealers will hide fees inside and out of the car's sticker price. HGreg keeps their price true to the sticker. Marcos walked us through the entire process at the perfect pace. Explaining everything but not rushing over details. He answered every question we had and gave us all the time we needed to make our process smooth. I don't want to go to a normal dealership after having such a great experience at HGreg. 5/5 would come again.

Smoke started coming our of the exhaust after 5 days, rep would not return calls, they said I can exchange but they buy the car back $5000 less than I bought it 5 days before from them. Bad customer service
