Horrible long term service!

Horrible long term service!!! They had one job and that was to transfer my vehicles registration. I was given a temp tag until I paid my tolls, emailed a screenshot of my tolls paid, was SENT the proper registration, now months later I get pulled over because they didn’t transfer my tag properly and instead issued a tag I don’t even have in my possession. No call, no email, no contact, they ordered a “new tag” and didn’t even contact me to let me know the transfer didn’t go through even though THEY sent me a registration ensuring it was done properly.

These people are a SCAM BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I WAS SOLD A UNSAFE CAR..I took the car purchased from HGREG ORLANDO only 2months ago to a mechanic to get some work done on it being that my wife had only 5 days according to this dealership..she COULD NOT REACH ANYONE after the car was bought..so the 5 days past and finally I had the money to get the work done..when the mechanic lifted the car...what he showed me was HORRIFIC..the whole bottom of the car had been rusted and corroded and UNSAFE to drive..I called HGREG to see if they would fix this issue and instead waa told that they will not help...PLEASE if you see this DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! I WILL BE CONTACTING A LAWYER!

I have requested a written statement showing the final

I have requested a written statement showing the final sales price including all fees, taxes, title, and license for two weeks. During this time they’ve increased the base price of the vehicle from $64,998 to $74,998. I still have never received the final purchase order amount and worse yet, when I questioned the price increase, they refused to honor the lower price from when I first inquired on the car a few days earlier saying “Prices can change with market inflections, supply, etc. Usually down but sometimes up. If it changed online, that would the price on the purchase order.” I tried calling several times today, but have been unable to speak to a human, just getting a recording. I looked at other reviews and called the phone number that was left by General Manager, Ray Rodriguez, but it went to a customer service voicemail. On two other occasions, I was finally able to speak to a human, but she was just an operator who transferred me to a voicemail box. Full disclosure, they did attempt to call me during the process, but I was never able to speak to them. They did not leave a message or phone number to reach them. Why call if you’re not going to leave a message?

The only reason for not giving one star is that they have

The only reason for not giving one star is that they have good customer service. They reached out to me quickly and made the appt for me to come in. The online price for the car was very good at 10,995 for the year and mileage. I expected the 1,500 they were charging me for tax and tag. What was insulting is the additional 3,500 in fees and packages that are forced on the customer. So an 11k car was 16k out the door. I thanked them and walked out. Will never recommend.
