I sent in request for information on a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. I was contacted via email then text. I was asked several questions like my number didn’t match my location, and if I was from Canada. The dealership never contacted me by phone call

Went in to look at a Van, was appointed Kris as our sales person and he was AWESOME. Professional, kind, no pressure to buy and knowledgeable. Victor was our finance officer and he was also very professional and great to work with. This place definitely took that 'dread' to go into a car dealership away.

I found the car i had been looking for. It had low miles and an unbelievably low price! This dealership responded promptly. They sent me an email confirming if was interested in the M8. They followed up with a phone call. I asked a few questions about the car. They confirmed it was on the lot. I spoke with them and let them know I'd attempt to come by the following day. Later in the day, I confirmed that I'd be coming by the following day. The day of our agreed to test drive, they reached out to make sure I was on my way. I confirmed I'd be there when they opened. I made the 45 minute drive to the dealership. Upon going inside, they seemed disorganized and had no idea who I was or why I was there. After I explained myself, they looked for the car for 30 minutes. They then informed me the car was driven home by the manager and he wouldn't be in for 3 hours. I left very disappointed. Then after going home, I did further research on Carfax and found that the car had been previously damaged. They have listed as no damage or accidents. So I guess I actually got lucky. This car had been on their lot now for almost 3 months, obviously there are some issues considering how low it's priced to comparable ones. PROCEED WITH CAUTION ⚠️

Be aware these guys are a scam. Price they list is not the price they add $3,500 on top of every car price no exception. I saw an Audi SUV for $34,500 and went to buy it. The sell person told me price is not $34,500 but $38,000. They add 3 xxxxxxxx fees on top of price & you have no option but to take it out. Their advertising is fraud & scam beware. Also most of there cars I saw they bought from auction had been in accidents and fixed. Stay away from these scammers. So whatever car you looking at on their site add $3,500 to price plus tax, title & registration fee is on top of that. Why not be honest and show the real price or show all the additional fees right under the price instead of hiding under were you can’t even find it.
