While the process was long and complicated. The people were still nice and helpful. Justin especially he really helped us out and got me the car I wanted. He let me test drive all the cars I picked and overall great customer service.

I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. This place is xxxxing aweful. Literally the worst car dealership I’ve ever been to. Bought my car and the battery died within a week, they were supposed to reimburse me but I’ve still not seen that check after a few years and no one will talk to me they just keep transferring me to voicemail. I’ve called for two weeks and left numerous voicemails trying to get a refund for my gap insurance and no one can help me. This place is ridiculous to say the least.

This company buys problem cars at auctions, fixes them

This company buys problem cars at auctions, fixes them cheaply, sells them at a premium, and offer zero responsibility for the quality of a car. Plus they add tons of hidden fees and a useless $900 mandatory ‘surface protection’ package. The car they sold me had been in an accident, which they disclosed via the Carfax when I bought it, but they said nothing about the mechanical condition of the vehicle. With under 8K miles, the car was sold at a premium, just to have the transmission blown within the first 500 miles. Then they promised to fix a parking sensor, which they did mechanically, but not the wiring. The car had several makeshift body problems that came to light after the first service, including discovering the entire car had an overspray and scrapes and scratches on the paint, missing hardware on body parts, and a rubbing issue to the body on the rear wheel. HGreg did nothing but dismiss me and tell me I had bought the car ‘as is’. Stay away from these crooks!
